Epona Glitches:
First, ride Epona to Gerudo Valley. Cross the bridge and go to the carpenters' tent. While still on Epona angle to the right and try to go in the right side of the tent. When you are lined up like this, press A to speed up and hold left. If you did it correctly you should be inside the tent without Epona. This will get easier after you get the hang of it. This leads to many glitches.
Lose almost all your life. Make it so that one bomb hit will kill you. Do the master glitch. Warp to outside the Fire Temple, go see the Gorons, and then exit through the Lost Woods. Then go Kokori Forest. Go to the bridge where the running man finishes. Throw a bomb and exit at the same time you get hit. This may take many tries. You should be taken to Hyrule Field and be on Epona without any life if it worked correctly. You will not be able to use any weapons even with the swordless Link glitch. Link will die whenever he gets off Epona.
First off you must be kid link and then you go to the part of Lon Lon Ranch where you meet Malon and Epona. Now play Epona's Song in front of Epona and she should start to follow you lead her to the right side of the gate from your view, and she should run off and try to get back to Malon when she does this simply stand infront of her and play Epona's Song three times in a row. Now Epona is frozen running in one place!
You have to be adult Link, enter Lon Lon Ranch *without* Epona, now walk to the wide area past the house and the stable, play Epona's song, the horse will come out of nowhere inside the fenced area and start running toward the fence, she wont get to you cause she'll keep running through the fence, when she stops running, enter any of the 3 rooms in the ranch; the house, the stable or the small room with the cows, get out again, go inside the fenced area and you'll find Epona stuck UNDER the floor!! She can't walk or get out of there, even if you play Epona's song. And she'll stay there even if you get out of the ranch and get back in... heck it even stays there if you save and turn the N64 off!!
You can get Epona back easily by playing Epona's song in Hyrule Field... you can do this trick at any time of the day... I've done it like five times and it worked every time, just make sure that you go into the ranch without the horse.. if it didn't work the first time and you want to try again, get out of the ranch to Hyrule Field, play Epona's song, don't ride on it, just enter the ranch on foot and try again, it could be done in some other ways, but it's better if you follow my steps above the first time, then you can try your creative skills :) .... it looks cool once you do it... good luck!

Ocarina Glitches:
Play a Bottle Like an Ocarina:
1.Take out a bottle
2.Swing the bottle through the air(make sure you don't catch anything in it or the trick won't work)
3.Just as the bottle is in mid-swing press start and go to the item screen.
4.Switch the bottle you have out for your ocarina.
Play Your Bow as the Ocarina:
I found this trick while trying the "play the sword as the Ocarina" trick and found the bow could work to! First you get a bottle with a fish or a bug, then you go to a dropoff "like the stairs in Kakariko village". Now you put you bow on the left c button and the bottle on the down c button. Then you jump off the dropoff. In the air press the bow and bottle buttons. Link should pull out the bow and play it. For the best view lose your shild and don't equipt it until later.
Gerudo Valley Sign Glitch:
Most of you I'm sure just love cutting signs in half. Go to the sign in Gerudo Valley near the edge and at least half of the sign should fall off of the cliff. Like normal, play Zelda's Lullaby. The sign will repair itself, but only partly; half of it will remain missing. Once the song/repair is complete, you will no longer be able to read the sign.
Play Your Sword Like the Ocarina:
Go to a drop off and get a useless item (like a fish in a bottle) and put it on the bottom C button. Then jump off the drop off and push B and the bottom C. If you do it right Link will swing his sword and when he lands the sword will be I his mouth like the ocarina is. It really plays but the pitches are weird. This is very hard to do so if it doesn't work the first time, don't give up.
Play the Ocarina Without Having it Equipped:
While playing Zelda (you must at least have one Ocarina song), press start and go on the "Quest status" screen , go on a GREY music note (not a warp note) and play it.
While playing that song (could be Zelda's lulaby or any other grey notes) , hold up on the analog stick and hold it up. When the song is over , you'll move off the note and shouldn't have to repeat it. Now press any button and you should hear your ocarina , press start. Now you can play the ocarina while fighting or while running around.
More Glitches:

See Sheik as a child!:
OK guys, I found this glitch out myself so this is why I made this my special glitch. First you have to have gameshark and the levitation cheat on. Now go to Gerudo Valley and levitate over the guards. Make sure you don't get caught or the game will freeze. When you enter the Gerudo Valley as a kid it is deserted, Weird, HUH? No just levitate over the big fence and enter the sandy place. Just follow your gut insticts and get all te way to where you see the find the ghost.(make sure you have the Lens of Truth with you) and dowhat you would normally do. Now when you reach the Coluseam, enter the Spirit Temple and go back out and you will see Sheik as a child!! She will even tecah you a song as a child. Its weird.(WARNING: make sure you didn't talk to Sheik as an adult or this glitch won't work).
Fishermans Nightmare:
notice that link has that FISHING ROD equiped in the "B" icon? What you need to do to do this is, Have the Hover boots on when you go fishing.... then run (float) over the water and quickly roll backwards while pressing the cast button. If you do this correctly link will be able to walk around WITH the line casted... (camera angles get kinda screwed up), but then you can walk to the door and walk out of the door.
If you try to cast the pole OUTSIDE of the fishing area, the game will lock up.
Crooked Cartridge Trick:
To get past Mido or the guy who stands at the exit of the forest without a shield or sword just go up to him and keep pressing forward while doing that very, slowly pull out the left side of the cartridge so that link disappears and after u get past him push it back in.
Swordless Link trick:
(Note: To do this trick u have to have the golden cartridge it doesant work on the grey ones.)First,go to Ganon after u killed Ganondorf, fight him untill he knocks the mastersword out of your hand. Then press start and save.Start the game again and link will have no sword.
Barbecued Link:
First go to an area where you catch one of those fish in the water. Select a bottle and equip it to any "C" button. Then swipe at the fish, and before you catch it pull up the "Item Select" screen. Select the Claim Check and equip it to the same "C" button. When you do this you will still catch the fish and get an extra bottle. This can be done with any item on the "Select Item" subscreen. So you can have up to 21 bottles if you wanted. But do it only to the claim check because this item is useless after you get Biggoron's Sword. This trick works at any time, as long as you have at least one bottle.
well there you have it.
Play through your game as normal until Ganon, the final boss. After you have knocked Ganon down the first time, retreive the master sword. Get the master sword from Zelda but instead of going back to face Ganon, go the opposite way and move away from Ganon. There should be a piece of land that is near Zelda which juts away from the floating arena. Move back in it until you hit an invisible wall. Turn around in place until you are facing Ganon and equip your bow and arrow. Aim carefully and fire an arrow at Ganon's tail. If the trick worked Ganon should get up and Link should be engulfed in flames.
