Eco-Trade Fair and Learning Tent @ Miriam College Environment Week – Q.C Celebrating the 80th Year of Miriam College Foundation Theme: Community in Action Eco-friendly Products and Technologies, Healthy Food and Organic Produce Wellness health systems, Indigenous Arts and Crafts, Pinoy inventions, Eco-Advocacies Date: August 7-12, 2006 Exhibit Hrs: 7:00 am – 5:30 pm Venue: Environmental Studies Institute (ESI) Grounds Miriam College, Katipunan Ave., Q.C. Market: Students, Faculty, Employees, Parents and the General Public Set-up/Ingress: August 7, 1pm-5pm or August 8, 2006 Egress: August 12, 5:30 pm Provisions: Open Space under Tree Canopy; Minimum of 3meters x 3 meters space; Electric outlets will be arranged for exhibitor’s need; Security will be provided for the exhibit area. Participation Fee: A token fee of P600.00 (whole week fair) for exhibitors Business/Corporate Sponsor: P2,000 (Donations are also welcome. Pls make cheque payments to Miriam Collge) Deadline of confirmation: August 3, 2006 Note: Limited slots only, first come first served – basis. The Organizers shall be responsible in designating the allotted space for the confirmed exhibitors. 2. Create your own booth. Exhibitors are responsible for their own respective tents, exhibit, tables, 2 chairs and displays. 3. Signs, posters, markers, and/or other paraphernalia are allowed only within the designated booth area. 4. Strictly follow market/exhibit time. 5. Exhibitors shall submit the vehicle’s make and plate number for security and entry accommodation. Parking space is located at the front of the ESI building. 6. Exhibitors are responsible for the security of their respective goods and items. Exhibitors are requested to provide necessary cover for their respective booths after exhibit hours. However, the organizers are not liable for any damages and/or losses incurred by the participants as a result of their participation. 7. Strictly adhere to the event’s Zero Waste policy. Each exhibitor shall provide his/her trash bag for wastes. Ensure cleanliness during and every after market/exhibit hours. 8. Confirm if exhibitor requires electricity.
