Royal Rumble 2000 Opening
A video monologue starts off the Royal Rumble pay per view depicting the first title
feud of 2000?, Hunter Hearst Helmsley and Mick Foley.

Royal Rumble 2000? kicks off from Madison Square Garden in New York City with lots
of fireworks and a excited crowd. Tonight?s pay per view will feature Triple H going up
against Cactus Jack, Chris Jericho facing Chyna and Hardcore Holly in a three way
dance to crown a true Intercontinental Champion, and who could forget the Royal
Rumble itself with thirty of the World Wrestling Federations finest wrestlers. It should
be an exciting night.

Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler then talk to the crowd about the intrigue and questions
behind Royal Rumble as Kurt Angles music starts and we get ready for our first match.

Kurt Angle vs. Tazz
Kurt grabs the mic and talks about the history of Madison Square Garden. Then he
goes on to make fun of Patrick Ewing and the New York Knicks. Kurt then tells
everyone to release the anticipation of his mystery opponent and tells his mystery
opponent to come out. The arena goes orange and Tazz comes out, Tazz wastes no
time and starts out on Kurt Angle quickly. After a short while on the ground, Angle in
control takes Tazz in the ring and works on him with some suplexs until Tazz catches
Angle in a belly to belly reverse suplex off the top rope, Tazz nearly gets the win but
Angle manages to put his foot on the rope. After three suplexs in a row from Tazz,
Angle is put in a sleeper hold and did not survive, the winner is Taz from the sleeper.
After the match Angle is taken off on a stretcher.

We then go to an interview with Terri Runnels and The Hardy Boyz. The Hardy Boyz
say they will put The Dudley Boyz through tables, even if they die trying. We now go
to The Dudley Boyz vs. The Hardy Boyz in a tag team table match!

The Hardy Boyz vs. The Dudley Boyz
The Dudley Boyz come out and say John Rocker are their favorite baseball player and
New York fans have a lot of audacity to boo them. The Hardy Boyz come out and we
begin the match. The table comes into play early as Jeff Hardy sets it up in the ring.
After some brawling on the outside, The Hardy?s set up Buh Buh Ray for a suplex from
the top rope onto a table but D? Von moves the table. After some more brawling they
set up yet another table and a ladder, Matt goes up on the top of the ladder on the
outside of the ring and Jeff on the top rope and both go off at the same time and hit
Buh Buh Ray while he is on the table and need one more to win. After The Hardy Boyz
miss two attempts at hitting The Dudley Boyz through a table, Buh Buh Ray gets Jeff
up and powerbombs him threw a table set up on the two ring steps. After brawling on
the outside for a while, Jeff hits Buh Buh Ray on top of the producers? section with
two chair shots and he falls off onto two tables already set up. Jeff then stays up there
and does a senton splash onto D? Von Dudley and The Hardy Boyz get the win.

Kurt Angle is wheezy in the back room asking the doctor if he is still undefeated.

Swimsuit Contest
The swimsuit contest now begins as Jerry Lawler introduces the woman, they all come
down in jackets to tease the crowd for a little while. Ivory comes down first followed
by Terri Runnels, Jacquelyn, B.B, Luna Vachon, who was finally followed by The Kat.
The WWF then introduces special guest judge, Andy Richter of the Conan O?Brian
show. Ivory is the first to go and she is wearing an aqua green two piece. Terri then
goes at it and boy did she go at it in and then Jackie went at it with her usual black two
piece. B.B. then went in a blue top. The Kat came out in a bubble wrap bikini then Mae
Young comes out and does it she flashes the crowd for a long time and then wins the
contest and does it again. This is not wrestling and/or funny.

Jericho and Chyna are fighting over who gets to wear the title out and Dave Hebner
takes the title and says we will see a true champion tonight!

Jericho vs. Holly vs. Chyna
The Intercontinental Title starts and it is truly a back and forth contest, after some
brawling for sometime, Jericho and Chyna worked together on Hardcore Holly until a
near double pinfall and then they went at it again. Chyna then takes control of the
match until she takes a break and Hardcore Holly takes control of Jericho. Chyna then
hits Hardcore Holly and puts him in a Boston Crab, Jericho hits her from behind and
does an Asai moonsault and gets the win, short match.

Michael Cole with The Rock talks about winning the Royal Rumble and how no one
frightens him.

The Acolytes vs. The New Age Outlaws
The Tag Team Title match starts, The Acolytes vs. The New Age Outlaws. We start
off with the Acolytes in full control as Bradshaw is handling both Outlaws. Faarooq is
shortly tagged in and after he goes back and forth for a little while with Road Dogg,
Faarooq takes full control. Bradshaw outside of the ring hits Gunn with a clothesline
and subsequently hits the ref. X-Pac then comes in the ring and gets spinebustered by
Faarooq, but distracts the match and Gunn gets the famouser off and gets the win.

Triple H vs. Mick Foley documenting the past few weeks.

Mick Foley vs. Triple H
Both men make their own long entrances down to the ring in anticipation for this street
match. The bell rings and we start the match. This match is a street match yet the first
five minutes are spent in the ring Triple H hits Cactus Jack with a steel chair and
expects that he is out, yet he gets up and clotheslines him. We then get into the street
after Cactus takes control. We brawl in the aisle way for a little while and they use
trashcans, blocks, and parts of the stage. We then get back into the ring and Jack and
Helmsley are fighting over using a barbwire baseball bat, HHH uses it and then the ref
takes it away. Its brought back a little bit later and Jack uses it over and over on HHH.
After many near falls Jack finally throws HHH out of the ring and we start back up
again on the outside. Jack then goes a top the announcer?s table and then gets
hiptossed back into it and it cracks. The take it back in the ring again and the barbwire
baseball bat is brought into play again on HHH?s head. Then after a near fall they go
outside and completely tear it up. After brawling a while in the match, the match goes
back inside the ring. Triple H then handcuffs Jack and brings in steel steps. Jack then
starts beating up HHH until finally Triple H took the advantage. After breaking a steel
chair, they are in the aisle way and The Rock comes out and hits HHH and uncuffs
Jack. Then a Piledirver on the announce table and Jack takes out the tacks, spreads
then out along the ring, Jack is then pushed into the tacks and then is Pedigreed. He is
then Pedigreed again onto the tacks, they are sticking out of his face and HHH gets
the one?two?three? Cactus Jack then brings HHH off the stretcher and back onto
the ring and starts hitting him with barbed wire. Hell of a match! Now we are onto The
Rumble!

D? Lo Brown and Grand Master Sexy are the first participants in the Royal Rumble.
After brawling for a short while, Mosh comes down wearing cones on his pectoral
area. Sho Funaki and Taka Michinoku come down and try to interfere, but are not
successful and get beat up and thrown out. Christian then comes down and he is the
forth member of The Royal Rumble. The fifth man to enter is Rakishi Fatu comes and
eliminates Mosh right away, then cleans house as he goes over and eliminates
Christian also. Rakishi then eliminates D? Lo Brown. Then comes the sixth man Scotty
Too Hotty. They start to dance until Rakishi hits then both and eliminates them both,
after that he dances again until the seventh man Steve Blackman comes down after a
short while of control, Blackman loses it and gets eliminated. Eight participant, Viscera
then comes down and then after beating up Rakishi for a little while, Rakishi eliminates
Viscera. Big Boss Man drew number nine but was reluctant to go into the ring and
stalled the whole time on the outside of the ring. Test comes down at the number ten
spot and he and Boss Man brawl on the outside until finally they go inside the ring.

The eleventh wrestler is the British Bulldog and he goes in there and starts with
Rakishi. Then after brawling comes down the twelfth participant, Gangrel. Again comes
in Funaki and Taka and again get beat up. The thirteenth man to enter the rumble is the
one and only Edge! The fourteenth man to enter the rumble, BOB BACKLUND! Then
all six men gang up and Rakishi and Rakishi finally gets eliminated. Chris Jericho is the
fifteenth man to enter the Royal Rumble, and as he came in he eliminates Bob
Backlund. Then comes in Crash Holly at the sixteenth spot. After he gets his butt
slapped from Edge, he escapes elimination and comes back in. Chyna enters the Royal
Rumble at the seventeenth spot and directly goes for Jericho after she eliminated
Jericho, Boss Man directly eliminates Chyna. Faarooq then enters the rumble at
number eighteen and is attacked by the Mean Street Posse and then is eliminated.
Road Dogg Jesse James comes down at the Nineteenth spot and he goes right after
Test. Al Snow then comes in at twentieth. Road Dogg then eliminates Bulldog.

Val Venis then comes in at twenty-first. Then Edge gets eliminated and in comes
Funaki to get beat up again as Prince Albert draws number twenty-two. Hardcore Holly
draws number twenty-three as many men are inside of the ring brawling. Nine men are
now currently in the ring, that's a lot. Now comes number twenty-four, The Rock and
he eliminates Big Boss Man. Billy Gunn is the man that drew twenty-five. Rock then
throws Crash Holly outside of the ring. Twenty-six gave us The Big Show and boy did
he make an impact. He first eliminated Test and then Gangrel. Twenty-seven gave us
Bradshaw, Bradshaw came in and then Bradshaw came out and The Mean Street Posse
came down again and the brawled. The Kane then comes down at twenty-eight.
Godfather then comes down at twenty-nine, and X-Pac at thirty. Hardcore Holly was
then eliminated by Kane. Road Dogg and Gunn then get eliminated as does The
Godfather and Gangrel all by Kane. Then there were four left. X-Pac eliminates Kane,
Big Show gets ride of X-Pac then The Rock delivers The Peoples Elbow, when he tries
to eliminate Show he gets caught in the chokeslam. He is then sizing up The Rock he
picks up The Rock and is about to eliminate The Rock, yet The Rock slides out and
pushes Big Show over and The Rock is the winner.
