"Jake Roberts was served a supeana at the matches in Oklahoma City last Sunday. He had to be in court in Athens, Ga. Thursday. He represented himself (no lawyer) on back child support charges of $21,000.00. The judge locked him up until he paid it and told him, if he came back to court for child support again, he would sentence him to 4 1/2 yrs. in the Ga. State Pen. As of this Monday, he was still in jail."

STATE COLLEGE -- Borough police charged two professional World Championship Wrestling wrestlers -- one of whom was arrested at gunpoint -- for drunken driving early Thursday morning downtown. District Justice Bradley P. Lunsford arraigned Eduardo Gonzalez, 24, of Mexico City, Mexico -- who wrestles as "Juventud Guerrera" -- and William J. Brenneman, 34, of Tampa, Fla -- who wrestles as "Jerry Flynn" -- after 2 a.m. Thursday.
Gonzalez was arrested at gunpoint, police said. He is charged with DUI, fleeing police, reckless driving, and running stop signs, and was released on $10,000 unsecured bail. Brenneman is charged with DUI, and was released on $5,000 unsecured bail. WCW public relations director Alan Sharpe said the Ted Turner-owned company had no comment on the arrests.
Both wrestlers are scheduled to perform at the WCW "Thunder" at 8 p.m. in the Bryce Jordan Center on the Penn State campus. The event will be televised on TBS.
