•Hardcore Holly pinned Al Snow v. Billy Gunn *Triple Threat Hardcore Championship*
[Hardcore rules, first man to score a pin or submission ins the belt.]

-After some fighting back and forth in the ring, Al Snow brings the match outside and throws Billy Gunn directly over the steel steps. Fighting continues outside as Al Snow picks up a hockey stick from underneath the ring and uses it on both men while a "Let's Go Flyers" chant begins. A cooler and a broom stick are also used repeatedly on everybody in the ring by everybody in the ring. As Gunn and Holly make their way into the ring, Al Snow hits them with Head and puts it in the corner. Snow then sets up a black table into the corner of the ring, a double reverse occurs and Gunn finally throws Snow into the table knocking out him as well as Holly with a chair. He then hits a famouser (leg drop) on Snow, and almost gets a pin except Hardcore Holly hits Gunn with a chair and then makes a cover of his own for the win.

•Brian Collaro, a representative of Home Shopping Network, discusses the WWF's merchandice on the Home Shopping Network later after WreslteMania XV.

•Jeff Jarrett/Owen Hart pinned D'Lo Brown/Test *Tag Team Championship*

-The team of D'Lo Brown and Test was decided on Sunday Night Heat earlier with a battle royal. D'Lo Brown and Test argue slightly on the outside of the ring as Jarrett and Hart come out with Debra in a bikini. D'Lo starts out the match with Jarrett and dominates quickly tagging in Test. Owen Hart hits a roundkick and quickly puts on the sharpshooter only to be taken off by D'Lo Brown who gets yelled at by Test throughout the match whenever he gets hit. Later in the match, D'Lo hits a Sky High only to be recovered by Owen hart. Debra then tries to get up on the ring ropes, but Ivory pulls her down while P.M.S. runs down as well. Test goes outside to calm them down as D'Lo Brown gets dropkicked by Owen Hart and rolled up for a pin by Jeff Jarrett. D'Lo quickly runs outside and begins a fight with Test as the match ends.

•Issac Hayes and the Mean Street Posse are shown in the crowd.

•Butterbean ko'ed Bart Gunn *Brawl for All*
[Judges: Gorilla Monsoon, Chuck Wepner, Kevin Rooney]
[Special Referee: Vinny Pazienza]
[Rules: Three one minute rounds, knockout wins match, knockdown = 5 points, most punches per round = 5 points.]

-Before the match begins, a montage is shown of both men fighting regular mathces and Brawl for All matches as well. As Gorilla Monsoon's name is announced, he gets a standing ovation. On a side note, Monsoon looked extremley sickly and very thin as well. Butterbean starts off dynamically knocking Bart Gunn down within thirty seconds. When he got back up, Butterbean knocks him down again for a knockout in under 2 seconds. As Butterbean is walking around the ring, the world famous San Antonio Chick runs down the aisle and taunts Vinny Pazienza by tapping him on the ass. The Pazmanian Devil quicky beats him up with punches.

•Mankind Interview.

-As the WWF rolls footage of Mankind's brawl with Paul Wight on Heat, Mankind explains that he has overcome every obstacle that McMahon has thrown at him and deserves to referee the championship.

•Mankind defeated Paul Wight (Disqualification)
[Winner becomes special referee for the Heavyweight Championship.]

-Mankind quickly attacks Wight but when he tries to knock him off of his feet he gets thrown to the outside. Wight dominates the match over Foley with repeated take downs and leg drops. At one point, he misses a right hand and falls over the ropes as Foley takes out Socko. As Wight climbs back in, Foley hits the Mandible Claw but Wight gets out just to get back in it again and again. Foley wears Wight down to the canvas with a low blow while the Mandible Claw is in his mouth, but stops the ref's count to drop Mankind in a piggy back position. The match makes its way outside where Wight hits Foley over the back with a steel chair which folds directly in half. Hebner orders him back in the ring as he brings to chairs in with him. Wight sets up two chairs facing each other and chokeslams Foley onto both. Hebner calls for a disqualification making Mankind the special guest referee as Wight repeatedly hits him with a steel chair. McMahon then makes his way down to the ring in disgust, and yells at Wight for almost costing him the title. Wight begins to walk away from Vince but he continues to get yelled at. He then picks up McMahon in a chokeslam but lightly puts him down to continue to be yelled at. McMahon then slaps Wight in the fact only to be leveled on the canvas by Wight. Patterson and Brisco come out to help McMahon away as Mankind is carried out on a stretcher.

•As McMahon gets carried into the back, he tells the Cronies to get him a cell phone so he can call the poliece and get Paul Wight arrested. It is mentioned that Mankind may not be able to referee becasue he may go to the hospital.

•Jesse James pinned Goldust v. Ken Shamrock v. Val Venis *Four Corners
Elimination Match for Intercontinental Championship*
[Two men are on the inside of the ring and tag one man at a time to replace them when they want.]
[Order of Elimination: Ken Shamrock & Val Venis (countout), Goldust (pin).]

-The Road Dog does his regular introduction as does Val Venis. All four men quickly attack each other as the Road Dog and Shamrock are on the inside with Venis and Goldust on the outside. Goldust goes for a curtain call on Val Venis, but it gets refersed only for Venis to be put up on the top rope. Venis hits a bulldog from the top rope, but misses a pin only to go for a superplex and miss again. The ring gets cleared again as Shamrock hits the ankle-lock-submission on Val Venis who after a while gets to the ropes and throws Shamrock outside. Ryan comes down to yell at him as Venis gives him a baseball slide and chases him to the enterance way only to be counted out. Shamrock runs down to stop the count, but it doesn't work. He then suplexes both Goldust and the Road Dog who are knocked out in the ring with the Meanie banging. By accident, Ryan Shamrock pulls Goldust's leg to distract him while the Road Dog rolls him up for a pin. After the match is over, Goldust screams at Ryan Shamrock who storms out of the arena.

•Paul Wight is shown outside getting arrested by a good number of police officers (names mentioned in TRN) and willing to go into the car.

•Kane defeated Triple H (Disqualification)

-The San Antonio Chicken runs down to the ring to attack Kane, but we don't know why. He takes off his mask and it turns out to be Pete Rose (who Kane tombstoned last year at WrestleMania XIV). Kane gives him another tombstone as Triple H's music begins with Triple H coming from the audience behind Kane. Both men go to the outside a bit using guard rails mostly for weapons. Kane dominates most of the match throwing Triple H to the outside repeatedly. As Kane gets a knee to the face, Chyna makes her way down to the ring. As Triple H gets Kane in for a pedigree, he reverses it into an elbow into the sternum. Chyna lifts the top steel stair and throws it into the ring as the referee counts both men down. Kane picks up the stairs almost over his head, but Triple H kicks him directly into the face and then gives him a legdrop take down directly onto the stairs. As the stairs get thrown to the outside of th ering, Triple H knocks Kane over the top following him all the way dominating. ane reverses a possible pedigree onto the top of the two emaining steel teps and throws him back into the ring. Kane hits a hokeslam as Chyna climbs into the ring with a steel chair. She hits Kane in the back once as he quickly bends back up and Triple H hits him with the chair again. Triple H hits him with the chair another time and finally gives him a pedigree into it. Chyna jumps on top of Triple H and they both hug in the corner.

•Vince McMahon Interview.

-Kevin Kelly is shown in the back explaining that not only has Paul Wight been arrested, but Mankind has been brought to the hospital so neither can probably be the referee. McMahon explains that he has a nice looking refree uniform in his bag and that he will be the guest refree.

•Big Pun and all of his band is shown in the crowd.

•Sable pinned Tori *Women's Championship*

-Sable says that this match is for "all the women that want to be me, and all the men that want to see me". Whenever Tori tries to come into the ring, she gets kicked out by Sable. Finally, Tori dominates Sable outside the ring, while at one time, Sable jumps from the ring apron onto her. There are repeated pin attempts and reversals but Tori knocks out the referee by acicdent. Tori reverses a Sable bomb and hits her in the midsection as Nicole Bass runs into the ring, picks Tori up over her head, and rops her. She then stands up to Sable and she lets her hit the Sable Bomb and pin Tori.

•A montage is shown of Shane McMahon and X-Pac with the Mean Street Posse talking in the background about how good Shane is. After the montage, all of DX is in the back telling Shane that they are united and he can not defeat them.

•Shane McMahon pinned X-Pac *European Championship*

-As X-Pac makes his way to the ring, Shane McMahon is consulting with test. Patterson and Brisco quickly attack him at the enterance, but he knocks them both off and runs into the ring taunting X-Pac. X-Pac goes for the broncobuster, but Shane McMahon moves out of the way. He catches himself as Shane runs away and Test throws him into the top part of the ring post. As Shane knocks X-Pac down, he goes for the Rock's Corporate Elbow, but misses it only to hit a low blow on X-Pac. He then takes a strap and uses it repeatedly on X-Pac with the ref seeing each shot. On the last shot, X Pac flips Shane over the ropes directly next to the Mean Street Posse. As X-Pac dives out, the M.S.P. tries to interfeer, but X-Pac knocks them all out as Test rolls him back in. X-Pac gets Shane up on the top rope for a good suplex only to be pulled off of the count by Test. Test tries to ram X-Pac into the stairs but gets thrown in himself as X-Pac grabs the strap to which he whips Shane repeatedly. After numerous kicks, X-Pac hits the bronco buster only to get leveled by the European belt by Test. Shane only gets a two-count and throws X-Pac into the corner with a boot choke. Shane tries for a bronco buster himself, but misses as Test comes back into the ring only to recieve his own bronco buster. All of DX runs down to ringside and pulls Test out as X-Pac hits the X-Factor and goes for a pin, but the referee is distracted. Triple H runs into the ring and gives X-Pac a pedigree as Shane covers for the pin. Triple H and Test then destroy X-Pac as the New Age Outlaws run down to face them. The Outlaws get pumbled as Kane's music sounds and he climbs the ring ropes to clear the ring of the Corporation. The Outlaws console X-Pac in the middle of the ring and they tell Lawler that Triple H is a jackoff and is finished.

•A montage is shown of the Vince McMahon/Corporation/Ministry controversary leading up to the hell in the cell match coming up next.

•Undertaker pinned Big Boss Man *Hell in a Cell*

-Both men are immediatley locked inside the ring, leaving no chance for action on the outside. The Undertaker takes the advantage for most of the match with aneuvers inside the ring. At one point, the Undertaker ets handcuffed to he Cell (inside the cell) as he gets beat with the ossman's night stick. He uickly rips the handcuff off of the cell while he gets umbled. The Bossman ontinues to get hit with chairs on the outside as finally he match gets nside the ring where the Undertaker still dominates. As he Undertaker walks he top rope, he gets knocked off by the Bossman who then begins to get the upper hand. The Undertaker finally hits the tombstone piledriver in the middle of the ring for the pin. When the match concludes, the Brood gets dropped onto the top of the cell by liners form the top. They all rip open the cell as the Big Boss Man is out cold in the ring and drop down a nuse with the Undertaker's music still playing. The Undertaker places the nuse around the Bossman's neck as the Brood celebrate on top of the cell. The nuse is then tied to the cell as it rises in the air taking the Bossman with it. •The WWF shows a montage of the Rage Party last night on the USA Network.

•Michael Cole makes an announcement that Jim Ross will be he commentator for the main event tonight. As JR walks down the aisle, he tips his hat to Michael Cole who leaves to go to the backstage area.

•Shawn Michaels/Vince McMahon Confrontation.

-Vince McMahon makes his way down to the ring to be the special guest referee, becuase even though Mankind defeated Paul Wight in their match earlier, he was taken to the hospital as Paul Wight was arrested. Shawn Michaels then comes down with a refree fully in uniform. Shawn says that there would be no WrestleMania without him, and he is dissapointed becasue he had to buy a ticket to get in. He tells McMahon that he should have read the WWF rule book, because it states that there is only one man who can appoint an official at WrestleMania XV, and that is the Comissioner. Michaels tells McMahon to leave, while McMahon stays on the ring ropes not moving. He says that the Corporation is also barred from ringside (with the exception of McMahon) and if he sees one of the members at ringside, he will fight McMahon out back.

•Steve Austin pinned The Rock *Heavyweight Championship*
[As stated by Vince McMahon on Heat, this match is No Disqualification.]

-As Austin and the Rock face off in the middle of the ring, they quickly fight bringing the match to the announcing tables on the outside. Both men brawl again inside the ring, but quickly make their way to the crowd where we can see them rumbling inside with the people. Austin throws the Rock back to ringside, but quickly throws him over the other side of the arena. Both men then go to the setup area by the main enterance and fight among the lights, and camers not to mention choking each other with wires. At one point the Rock is thrown into the steel portion of the WrestleMania logo while the brawling on the outside continues. As it happens every year, Austin places the Rock on top of the Spanish announcing table and crashes it to the ground with an elbow. Both men finally get back into the ring as the Rock hits a Rock Bottom which Austin kicks out of. As the Rock brings a steel chair in the ring, he misses a shot at Austin who tries a shot on the Rock, but instead knocks out the ref. The Rock picks up the chair again and almost gets a stunner, but knocks Austin down and hits him with the chair six times as a new referee comes into the ring immediatley. Austin kicks out a split second before three and continues to get beaten down. As Austin gets back in control again, the Rock hits a samoan drop to get him down again but not for a pin. The referee gets in his face only to recieve a Rock Bottom of his own as Austin stuns the Rock with no ref to pin the Rock. Earl Hebner runs in from the back to get the pin, but the Rock kicks out at the last second. Vince McMahon runs down to ringside as Austin takes a chair in the middle of the ring to hit the Rock with. McMahon tries to distract Austin, but it doesn't work as he gets a low blow from the Rock in the ring. McMahon climbs into the ring and hits the referee as he begins to beat down on Austin in the corner with the Rock letting him. Mankind runs down holding his stomach and pulls McMahon off of Austin while the Rock continues to fight him. The Rock then pushes Mankind off of McMahon as Austin goes for a pin with Mankind counting. He only gets a two count and begins to dominate the Rock. The Rock then hits the Rock Bottom and then misses a Corporate Elbow. Austin goes for a stunner, but his foot gets caught and he gets put in a Rock Bottom position. He gets out of the position as Mankind counts the 1, 2, 3. Steve Austin is the new World Wrestling Federation Heavyweight Champion. Mankind raises Austin's hand in the ring and congratulates him with the belt as he guzzles beer on each top turnbuckle. McMahon is shown totatly destroyed on ringside as Austin rolls out, but rolls back in to celebrate. Austin gives a beer to Earl Hebner who takes a drink on each turnbuckle as well. As McMahon leaves the ringside area looking at Austin is disgust, Austin gives a toast to the championship belt. As Austin makes his way outside, Vince confronts him yelling that it is his belt. Austin makes believe that he is going to hand him the belt, but punches him and brings him inside the ring for a stunner of his own. He then drenches McMahon with beer and stands on his chest with his hand raised.

•A teriffic montage is shown of the night's events in order to close WrestleMania XV. A preview of WWF Backlash is then shown with Mankind as the main attraction.
