| Central Coast Crush: From:Central Coast Leagues Club 21/5/99 Hosted By:TNT & Ed Lock Credit:Matt Shriffer, Jeita Hartwell and Oliver Peterson. The show started with a tournament and the winner would wrestle 7ft Thunder for the IWA Heavyweight title. Match #1:Marc Mercedes W/Curtis VS Von Stekker This is an ELECTRIFYING match!! Marc is on the mic, and starts talking about who is the best and all that. Marc Mercedes takes out Greg with like 1 move!!! That's a good wrestler! Winner:Marc Mercedes Match #2:The Punisher VS J.T Pickford go's off to a great start, choking JT on the ropes about 4 times. JT took over and the Punisher bailed out. As soon as soon as Pickford got back in the ring, he dominated the match. He executed a Meltdown for the count, but only got a 2 count. JT is getting hammered! Punisher does his famous piledriver and slams JT down for the count and wins. JT is really steamin', and The Punisher handcuffs him to the rope. it took a team of 7 men with hammers, screwdrivers and bolt-cutters to cut the hard, solid metal handcuffs. Match #3:The Swann VS Mike Premutico Premutico had the early advantage with lots of arm drags, hip-tosses and a massive spinning kick. Swann takes over with a few quick reversals. Swann presses Mike down for a 2 count. Swann suplexes Premutico and does heaps of follow up moves. Premutico quickly recovers and executes a Crucifix DDT then goes for a leg-drop, but Swann moves out of the way, and counters with a "Swann Soar" (figure 4), then covers Mike for the 3 count. Match #4:the Tank VS Phil Bodyguard Phil comes out with a chair, and smashes The Tank with it from behind. He drops the chair, and slams The Tank onto the ropes. he does this twice, and on the third time, The Tank moves and The Bodyguard decks himself on the ropes. Phil is so pissed off! He gets the chair and places it on the ground. he then bodyslams The Tank RIGHT ON THE CHAIR! Phil then goes down for the 3 count. Match #5:Marc Mercedes W/Curtis VS The Swann Steven Swann enters the ring with a large sign behind his back. Curtis leads the way when Marc comes out. But when Marc is in the ring, Steven presents the sign to him....A pizza sign!!!! Marc is starving, and is going insane over the torment of the sign. Marc, in his rage, slams Steven and the sign up onto the turnbuckle. On his second attempt at this, Swann counters and presses Marc on the turnbuckle! Swann then gains the advantage via a HEAP of hip-tosses. But Marc quickly recovers and executes a DDT for a 2 count. Curtis interferes with Swann, but then Mercedes stuffs up a Bronco Buster. The both fall out of the ring and start smashing the hell out of each other. But they got so caught up in the excitement, they both let themselves be counted out. A DOUBLE COUNTOUT!!!! This prevented both competitors from going anywhere in the IWA Championship ladder. Match #6:the Punisher VS Phil the Bodyguard This was the gayest match of the night. The Punisher won in 57 SECONDS with a well excuted Inverted DDT. MAIN EVENT Match #7:The Punisher VS 7ft Thunder 7ft Thunder dominated this match by sheer power. The Punisher bailed out twice, as the crowd was shouting "Baldy, baldy, baldy!" (as Pickford has a bald patch on his head). The Punisher attempted a figure-4, but Thunder countered it. The crowd then tormented Pickford by again chanting "Baldy, baldy, baldy!". The Punisher called time out after a big dropkick but they didn't allow time outs in this match. The punisher produced salt and threw it in Thunder's eyes for THE WIN!!!! No-one could believe it!!! Thunder LOST!!!!!! After the match, Thunder "Thunder Bolted" (his trademark move, like a pedigree) the referee, The Punisher and the ring announcer. After all this Thunder Bolting, 7ft Thinder grabbed the mic and said "Pickford, I got 3 words for you...........YOU PIECE OF CRAP! |
