Winner : Kane and X-Pac cleanly win after the chokeslam....X-Pac is irritated b/c Kane tagged himself in...Acolytes run in and attack X-Pac and Kane.

Rock Interview : Makes fun of Bulldog for whining about title shot; wants a piece of Val Venis for rubbing Mr. Rocko in his crotch...Mankind then applauds Rock on an Interview well done.

Mankind Interview : Challenges Bulldog to a brawl in Mankind's hometown!!!!

Road Dogg vs. Hardcore Holly
Winner : Hardcore after interference by Crash.

Jeff Jarrett Interview : Declares Miss Kitty will MUD WRESTLE someone tonight, and the winner is the first one to remove her opponent's top...

Winner : New Brood after Senton Bomb; GOOD MATCH!!!!!!

Miss Kitty vs. ?????? - Mud Wrestling Match
Ivory is chosen by Jarrett and thrown into mud ring...she removes Kitty's top!!! Interesting to see how this one plays out on Network TV......Mae and Moolah come out and fart arouind for a little before Chyna comes out and kicks Jarrett into Mud.

Bulldog vs. Mankind
Winner : Double DQ Mankind accidentally claws the ref...they brawl into the stands...

Droz vs. D'lo
Droz shows GTV of him puking in D'lo's bag...D'lo comes out, start the match. goes for the running powerbomb. Something went wrong, D'lo didn't get Droz up enough, and D'lo drops Droz on his neck. The match stops, the ref calls for the bell, and Droz did not move again...EMTs came out, worked on him for about 20 mins., then loaded him on the strecher and presumably escorted him to the nearest hospital. All in all, it did not look good for Droz.

HHH interview : took all of about 15 secs, and was the only mention of Austins name the entire night.

At this point, the pauses in between pieces was becoming unbearable...the crowd starts to chant "We want refunds....". Ouch.

Rock vs. Val Venis
Rock does not do the before match skitch...good match althogether, with some microphones, Gatorade, and headsets thrown in for good measure...the crowd popped every offensive Rock move...He is more over than Austin, and is nearing Hogan heights...Mankind comes out, accidentally hits Rock w/ chair, Rock Rockbottoms Mankin, and then Val for the win...HHH comes out and attacks Rock, then tries o goad Mankind into doing so too, but he pushes HHH instead...Rock and Mankind double team HHH to end the show...

After the Show
Mankind begs the Rock to come back, and they go into Rock mode...Funny stuff!!!!

I just returned from smackdown.

The show opened up with Raw is Jerico and Mr. Hughes in a tag match vs the Dudley Boyz. As expected Jerico left Hughes to the wolves, Dudley death drop end of story.

Jeff Jarrett came out in a rubber outfit and proceeded to enter a small ring set off to the side filled with mud and informed kitty she was to have a match in the mud with a to be announced woman, because if a woman is not in the kitchen the only other place she belongs is in the mud.

The new age outlaws made an apearance to a gigantic pop, the Road Dogg was in singles action against Hardcore Holly. A decent match Roaddogg had him set up for the pump handle, but before he could get a few pumps in, crash causes a distraction leading to Holly throwing the d o double g into a front suplex bomb for the 123.

A shocking interview with Sexual Chocolate where his shrink is getting him to open up. She asks him how old he was when he had his first sexual experience he said 15, but was reluctant to say with who. after pushing him he admits it was his sister, WHOA. Vince will go there.

The Terry invitational was a give away at two to nothing edge and christian, but it was a good match edge and christian set up jeff hardy for the human superplex and connected but because upon terry's request it was a texas tornado match, matt hardy came off the top with his slow motion centon splash across the chest of christian , double cover for the one two three.

Jeff Jarett comes out with Kitty and damn did she look good, thong bikini, yea baby. He calls out Ivory who is dressed in an evenning gown. One second they seem to be on the same page and the next JJ throws Ivory into the mudd and the bell rings. with in seconds Ivory is in her thong and bra and oh yea the most important part, the only way to win is to expose the others puppies to the millions and _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ of tit fans. Anyway to my surprise Ivory won and for the first time in evolutionary history a kitty had puppies and they were truly exposed. I wonder how it will be edited. May and Mullah head at Jarret, they receive a mudd bath curtesy of Jarret, Jarret referred to them as two fat sows rolling around in the mudd. The whole time china is behind him and gives him a boot to the arse sending him into the mudd and the grasps of the geriatric express, Vince better watch out one of them doesnt die they get knocked around big time every once and a while.

The great one speaks via titan tron always good on the mic the rock gets a few laughs out of the crowd comparing the big Valbosky putting a Rocko down his pants to wiping your ass with the american flag. Mankind vs the Bulldog , they kick each others ass but there was no winner. It ends with the two fighting there way through the crowd back to the dressing room.

Then not a person in the building was not reminded of Owen when one second Droz is talking trash on the mic and the next moment is laid out not moving after d'lo delivers a flapjack forward dropping piledriver. The bell rings the crowd is a little confused it really wasn't till D'lo left the ring the winner without his music playing that everyone knew something was wrong. After a long delay Droz was removed I wonder if they will even show it, probably not, maybe stills. even after he was led out there was quite a delay, there were even a few chants of refund but not me my tickets were compt.

Oh yea Kane and x 123 kid beat the big fat fuck and midean if they made pac job to them he would have been in real trouble. Acalytes jumped them after the match.

The main event Val comes out and no, hello ladies but that's ok finally the Rock has come back to new york right, no. what a jip the people want to hear the great one speak and watch him as they chant his name. oh well. why is the Rock truly the great one, in the middle of the match a fight breaks out in the stands the whole arena is watching. The Rock has Vals head pinned over the middle turnbuckle as he himself watches the fight not for a few seconds more like about thirty. The Rock lets go of val demands the mic puts it to his lips and the millions and millions of the rocks fans jonesing for his voice are greeted by "all eyes on the Rock so you can see me kick his roody poo, gigantic pop. Val gets a chair and is about to introduce it to the Rock, mick makes the save takes the chair and goes for the stands with a macguire to Vals head but misses and hits the Rock. Val covers 1 2, 2 and a half, 2 and three quarters oh no Rock pops. Mick throws socko deep into the gulet of Val, Val breaks the hold with a boot to the belly, Mick turns around and is greeted by the Rock bottom Val turns to Rock and is given the same hello. Uno dos tres no peoples elboe now I'm really pissed. Who comes down to the ring oh yea give me a little hit of that triple H. They go at it. I noticed cole and the king made there way up the ramp mid way trough the HHH Rock fight I hope they show this ending it was the best part of the night. HHH punding the Rock in the corner looks over at Mick and calls him over to get a free kick Mick walks towards him pissed that the Rock lit him up and rears back but doesn't kick, HHH eggs him on give it to him Mick, again rears back but can't. Triple H pushes Mick, again Mick cannot do it, HHH pushes him again Mick pushes back one more triple H push and socko makes and encore the Rock stands and motions for Mick to throw him his way, he does right into you guessed the Rock bottom and then how could the great one disappoint his fans, off comes the peoples pad and then I for the first time witnessed the most electrifying move in sports entertainment. The end.

WWF Dark Match, Smackdown, Sunday Night Heat Taping Results from Uniondale, Long Island, New York - October 5, 1999 [Results courtesy of Luke Johnston, Don Becker & Damians39]

• DARK MATCHES

- Rikishi Fatu defeated Crash Holly with a Vertical Splash. Crash said that his opponent shouldn't bother coming to the ring unless he was at least 7'0 or over 450lbs. He was shocked that Fatu came to ringside.

- Stevie Richards defefeated Kurt Angle. Angle was going for the Burning Hammer (torture rack DVD), but Richards wriggled out and nailed the Stevie Kick.

- The Godfather (w/ho's) defeated JR Rider. Quick match with the Godfather's usual mic work and hitting the pimpdrop.

• SUNDAY NIGHT HEAT TAPING, Airdate: 9/10

- The Big Show defeated The Big Bossman by Disqualification. Bossman nailed Show with a nightstick to block a chokeslam attempt. Post-match, he got chokeslammed anyway.

- The Dudley Boyz defeated Chris Jericho and Curtis Hughes with the 3-D Dudley Deathdrop. Jericho said he would give Hughes one last chance after screwing up on Monday, and this was his opportunity. Once Hughes tagged in, Jericho wouldn't let him tag out, and eventually abandoned him. 3D on Hughes, pin.

- Steve Blackman defeated Chaz. Mariana (complete with shiner) and three cops (not real Nassau County cops) came down, distracting Chaz. Blackman
nailed the Lethal Kick and hooked in a head scissors for the tap. Glenn Ruth (Thrasher) came down and introduced a G-TV clip of Mariana putting on her black eye. The cops arrested Mariana, and The Headbangers celebrated in the
ring.

• SMACKDOWN TAPING, Airdate: 9/7

- Kane and X-Pac defeated Viscera and Mideon. X-Pac refused to tag out, so Kane forcibly tagged himself in and chokeslammed Mideon for the win.
Post-match, The Acolytes attack.

-Jeff Jarrett interview. Jarrett said that women would be in their place tonight: a mud wrestling ring.

- The Rock did an interview, talking about the The British Bulldog being comme ci, comme a.

- Hardcore Holly (w/Crash Holly) defeated Road Dogg (w/Billy Gunn). RD nailed his three moves and Crash interfered, as RD went for the Pumphandle Slam. Gunn came in, and while the referee was distracted. Holly nailed theFalcon
Arrow for the pin. Post-match, The Holly's had words with Michael Cole and The Outlaws attack.

-Mankind was on screen saying that like the Rock he was going to take matters into his own hands by fighting the Rock's enemies.

- We saw Mark Henry in therapy.

- Jeff Jarrett and Miss Kitty came out. A small ring has been set up under the Smackdown video screen for mud wrestling, which Jarrett had booked for the show.

- The British Bulldog did an interview, which resulted in Mankind attacking him after he he cut a heel promo saying he would kill the Rock.

-The Rock was backstage saying that Val Venis thought he was a bigshot because he made some commi-ci commi-a adult movies. The Rock said that Val would go 1 on 1 with the Great One.

- The New Brood defeated Edge and Christian in Round 3 of the Terri Invitational under Texas Tornado rules, making the score at 1 win for New
Brood, and 2 wins for Edge and Christian.. Edge and Christian executed the double deck superplex, but Jeff Hardy nailed Christian with a diving senton for the pin.

- Val Venis was shown with Mr. Rocko down his pants.

- Mud wrestling time. Jeff Jarrett introduced Ivory as a woman who knew her place. Out came Miss Kitty in a bikini. Jeff told us that Miss Kittywould be wrestling Ivory. The winner was the girl who could rip the others top off. Ivory won. Post-match, was The Fabulous Moolah and Mae Young tried to attack Jarrett, but got thrown in the mud. Chyna made the save by throwing Jarrett in.

- Davey Boy Smith vs. Mankind resulted in a Double DQ thanks to a referee bump. They brawl into the crowd and out of the arena.

- Droz vs. D'Lo Brown. See prior post HERE.

-Lawler did a long speech to kill some time, asking Michael Cole what he thought of Val and Rock. He said it didn't matter what Cole thought
and the Yankees and Mets sucked as there were many "Let's Go Mets" and" Let's Go Yankees" chants all night.

- Triple H did an interview, where he said he had a dead rattlesnake inside the bag he was holding. He said it represented Austin's career after the PPV.

- Terry Taylor interviewed Val Venis. Mankind attacks Venis. Bulldog attacked him.

- "We want refunds" chant goes up at this point, because between each segment there, was a 3-5 minute pause as if we were live and taking commercial breaks.

- Main event: Val Venis vs. The Rock. A fight in the crowd drew attention away from the match, so The Rock grabbed the microphone and said "Hey, All eyes on The Rock!" Mankind came down to stop Venis from using a chair on The Rock, but when he went to hit Venis, Venis ducked and The Rock took the shot. The Rock soon recovered, nailed both men with Rock Bottoms, and got the pin. Mankind and Rock argue to end what you'll see on TV.

- After the cameras went off, Triple H came out and stomped The Rock as Mankind looked on. Triple H tried to get Mankind to join in, but Mankind
didn't have the heart to do it. Double-team on Triple H and a People's Elbow send the champ scurrying. The Rock repeated all his catchphrases, sang Smackdown Hotel, and made fun of the handful of fans booing him, as Mankind looks on.
