The show kicked off with clips of the events that have taken place over the last few weeks between the McMahon-Helmsley Faction and The Rock and The Undertaker.

The Rock made his way to the ring to open the show. He said that he has finally come back to St. Louis. He acknowledged the fact that he would be in store for a fight and called Stephanie a $.50 slut. He told everyone to just bring it, and Kane made his way to the ring. Kane said "Well, consider it brought." The Undertaker then made his way to the ring on his motorcycle. The Undertaker wanted to fight and then the RAW music played. Linda McMahon made her way to the ring.
-Linda asked what they were trying to do. She said that until King of the Ring, they need to join forces. Triple H Vince, Shane, and Stephanie McMahon came out. Vince asked who the hell Linda thinks she is. Vince called her a shrew of a wife. Linda announced that The Undertaker, The Rock, and Kane would face Vince, Shane, and Triple H. Vince said that he doesn't care what matches Linda makes, and he accepts. Linda said that Triple H would defend the WWF Title tonight against an opponent of her choosing. Vince said Triple H would do it, even though it's not fair. Linda then said that Stephanie would have to defend her WWF Women's Title against Lita, and if any member of The Faction interferes, Lita will be given the title. She then said that Shane and Vince would team up against the Dudley Boys tonight in a table match.

Commercial break.

Triple H asked Linda who his opponent would be. She wouldn't tell him. She also said that Stephanie was up next.

Match 1: X Pac vs. Dean Malenko, KOTR Qualifying Match.
-X Pac had Dean down and was punching him, but Malenko reversed and put him in the Texas Cloverleaf. X Pac got to the ropes and kicked Dean into corner. He sent for the Bronco Buster, but Dean moved and X Pac's balls hit the turnbuckle. Tori got on the ring apron and Malenko took a shot at her, but he missed and took a shot from the Road Dogg. X Pac hit the X Factor for the win.
-Winner: X Pac.

Lita was shown preparing for her match with Steph.

Stephanie was shown complaining to Triple H about what he mother has done. Triple H said he didn't know what to do.

Commercial break.

Match 2: Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley vs. Lita, WWF Women's Title.
-Stephanie said that this was not fair, and she has been a great champion for 74 days.

-Lita ran in the ring and Steph tried to get away. Lita grabbed Stephanie and through her across the ring by her hair. Lita then dropkicked her and sent her off the ring apron to the floor. Stephanie faked a knee injury and Kurt Angle came in and gave Lita the Olympic Slam. Stephanie got back in the ring and took the match. Steph and Kurt then celebrated and hugged each other as Triple H watched on and appeared to be upset. Shane walked in Triple H's dressing room and said he needed him.
-Winner: Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley.

Triple H and The Faction went into Kane's dressing room and attacked him. Triple H hit Kane in the face with a bat and Pat Patterson took a picture of his unmasked face.

Commercial break.

Vince said that Kane would be on The Faction's side tonight, otherwise, they would expose Kane's face to the world. So Vince made the match, Kane vs. The Rock.

Match 3: T&A vs. Too Cool, WWF Tag Team Titles.
-Grandmaster Sexay started it off with Albert. Grandmaster took Albert down with a forearm, but Albert picked Grandmaster up over his head with one hand and dropped him down. Grandmaster kicked Albert in the head and tagged Scotty 2 Hotty. Scotty took a powerbomb from Test, but Grandmaster gave Test the Hip Hop Drop. Trish gave Test her boot and he hit Scotty, but couldn't pin him. Scotty was about to give Test The Worm, but Val Venis came out and hit Too Cool with the ring bell. T&A completely took out Too Cool, but Rikishi came in to save them. Trish attacked him, and he threw her in the corner, but she was saved by T&A and Val.
-Winners: Too Cool.

The Dudley Boys were shown making their way to the arena with a table.

Vince and Shane McMahon were shown making their way to the arena.

Match 3: Vince and Shane McMahon vs. The Dudley Boys, Table Match.
-The Dudleys were setting up a table when Vince and Shane attacked them from behind. The Dudleys took control and sent Shane and Vince into the announce table. They then sent Vince into the ring steps. Buh Buh gave Shane a superplex and D'Von gave Vince a head to the nuts. The Dudleys then gave Shane the 3D and brought two tables in the ring.

-They then put Shane on a table and tried to powerbomb Vince through it, but the Road Dogg, Tori, and X Pac saved Vince and Shane. They put D'Von through a table and Tori tried to put Buh Buh through one, but it didn't break. Buh Buh got up and was put back on the table soon after and then put through it by Tori.
-Winners: Vince and Shane McMahon.

Triple H asked Patterson and Brisco if they were sure that they had the developing of the pictures taken care of, they assured him that they did. Triple H told Bull Buchanan that he was supposed to face The Undertaker, but The Undertaker said that Bull wasn't in his league. Triple H told Bull to steal The Undertaker's motorcycle, and Bull did. The Undertaker then stole a car and went after Bull.

Match 6: Gerald Brisco vs. Crash Holly, Hardcore Title.
-During the previous segment, Crash Holly attacked Patterson and Brisco from behind. Brisco and Crash made their way to the ring and had a match.

-The match was pretty even until Patterson came to help Brisco. Patterson tried to hit Holly with a garbage can, but Holly ducked and Patterson hit Brisco. Crash got the pin and the Hardcore Title. Brisco became very upset with Patterson, but they shook hands and hugged. After the hug, Patterson gave Brisco the crotch chop while he wasn't looking.
-Winner: Crash Holly.

Crash drove away with his belt after the last match.

Triple H was shown making his way to the arena with Stephanie.

Match 7: Triple H vs. Chris Jericho, WWF Title.
-While watching this, I told everyone with me that Chris Jericho would probably be Triple H's opponent, and yes, Jericho's music hit.

-Jericho took Triple H down with an elbow and started nailing him with chops. Jericho then took The Game down with a back body drop and then a clothesline. Jericho took Triple H down with a missile dropkick and got a 2-count. Triple H came back and took Jericho down by dropping him throat first across the top rope.

-Jericho chopped Hemsley some more, but he took a high knee from the champ. Triple H put Jericho in the corner and gave him shoulders to the gut. He then gave Jericho a knee lift to the stomach and got a 2-count out of it. Hemsley took Jericho down again with a vertical suplex and then a knee drop on his face. They exchanged right hands and Triple H took Jericho down again and got a 2-count.

-The Game then put Y2J in a sleeper hold, but Jericho came back with right hands. Jericho sent Triple into the corner and charged him, but Triple H gave him a boot to the face. Triple H went to the middle rope and took a dropkick and then a Frankensteiner from Jericho. Jericho caught The Game with a flying forearm and a bulldog for a very close 2-count. Triple H came back with his face buster and went for the Pedigree.

-Jericho turned the Pedigree into an attempt at the Walls of Jericho. Triple H got out of it, but took Jericho's head in his balls. Steph threw The Game's belt in the ring. He tried to hit Jericho with it, but Jericho kicked him in the face and gave him the Lionsault. Triple H accidentally knocked the referee out of the ring and Jericho went for the Walls of Jericho again. Steph saved Triple H, but Jericho tried to put her in the Walls. Helmsley then hit Jericho with the belt and gave him the Pedigree. Steph helped the ref back in the ring and Triple H got the pin.
-Winner: Triple H.

Kane was shown throwing stuff around in his dressing room.

Match 8: Chris Benoit vs. Matt Hardy, WWF Intercontinental Title.
-Benoit tried to powerbomb Matt early, but Matt took Benoit down with a head scissors. Matt had Benoit down and gave him a leg drop off the top rope. Benoit took Matt down with a pair of clotheslines and went for the pin, but couldn't get it. Benoit took Matt down again with a snap suplex. Benoit went for a powerbomb again, but Matt took him down with a Russian leg sweep.

-Benoit went for a side suplex, but Matt fell on him and tried to pin him. Benoit kicked out and chopped Matt. Benoit then gave Matt a shoulder breaker and went for the Swan Dive Head Butt, but Hardy moved and Benoit hit the mat. Benoit then dropped Matt throat first across the top rope. Matt came back and suplexed Benoit from the inside to the outside. Hardy then gave Benoit a DDT on the floor.

-Back in the ring, Chris Benoit gave Matt Hardy a suplex from the middle rope. Benoit executed two German suplexes, but Matt blocked the third. Benoit went for a vertical suplex, but Matt turned it into an attempt at the Twist of Faith. Benoit turned that into the Crippler Crossface. Hardy gave up, but Benoit kept the hold on until Jeff Hardy came in to break it up. Benoit hit Jeff with the IC belt.
-Winner: Chris Benoit.

Edge and Christian were shown discussing strategy for Christian's match with Jeff Hardy. Christian told Edge to come out with him for the match.

Match 9: Jeff Hardy vs. Christian, KOTR Qualifying Match.
-Christian gave Jeff two snap suplexes, but Jeff countered when Christian went for a third. Jeff went to the top rope and Edge stopped him from doing anything. Christian dropkicked the turnbuckle and crotched Jeff on the top rope. Christian superplexed Jeff, but Jeff rolled it over and pinned Christian to qualify for the King of the Ring tournament.
-Winner: Jeff Hardy.

The Rock was shown preparing for his match with Kane.

The McMahon-Helmsley Faction came out to watch the next match, and Vince McMahon talked about what would happen to The Rock at the hands of Kane tonight.

Match 10: The Rock vs. Kane, No Holds Barred Match.
-Kane attacked The Rock immediately. They went to the outside and The Rock hit Kane with the ring bell. Back in the ring, Kane went for a chokeslam, but The Rock gave him a low blow. The Rock gave Kane a spinebuster moments later and then the People's Elbow. Triple H distracted referee Earl Hebner and The Rock hit Triple H.

-GTV came back and Brisco and Patterson were on it. They said that Kane's picture didn't develop. Patterson blamed Brisco and Kane and The Rock were about to attack The Faction, but The Undertaker came out and all hell broke loose. The Undertaker nailed The Game, The Rock nailed Vince and X Pac, Kane nailed Shane.

-The Dudley Boys came to the ring with a table. The Rock gave Vince a Rock Bottom but he then got taken down by Triple H. Eventually it was down to The Undertaker, The Rock, and Kane in the ring with Triple H. They all got their shots in and Kane and The Undertaker double-chokeslammed Triple H through a table.

-Result: No-Contest, I guess.
