EFFECTIVE MARCH 21, 2003 We have returned to our ORIGINAL ranking system. NO BELTS. Belts were brought into Wrespon KiBo as a "marketing tool", ie, something the "customer wanted". We might sometimes use the term "black belt", only because that is so universally used in the martial arts to designate an "expert". However, the following is our ORIGINAL & CURRENT ranking system... 100 full contact matches within any one style = 100% certification within that style (equals "black belt"). Therefore, X number of full contact matches within any given style = X% certification within that syle. Remember, there are 7 styles within Wrespon KiBo.
