Here is the trading route in which you get the Biggoron's Sword.

Pocket Egg: You get it from the chicken lady in Kakariko Village. Use with Talon at Lon Lon Ranch.

Cojiro: After the chicken lady examins your pocket egg you get him automaticly.

Odd Mushroom: You get this after you give the old man in the lost woods Cojiro.

Odd Potion: You give the Odd Mushroom to the old witch in Kakariko Village.

Poacher's Saw: You get this after you give the Odd Potion to the girl in the lost woods where the Old Man was.

Broken Giant's Knife: You get this after you give the poachers saw to the boss in Gerodo Valley.

Eye drop Prescription: You get this after you go to the top of the mountain, where you'll find a giant goron which itch's his eyes. Give him the Broken Giant's knife and he'll give you the prescription.

Eye Drop Frog: You must have already been to the Ice Cavern (See Walkthrough) and already collected the blue fire in a bottle. Use the blue fire on King Zora and then show him the prescription.

Eye Drop's: Go on Epona to Lake Hylia to the Lakeside Labortory's Old Man. Give him the Eye Drop Frog.

Biggoron's Sword Claim Check: Hurry go back to the Big Goron and immediatly give him the Eye Drop's . He will be very happy and fix your sword in 3 day's ( Sun Song Six Times)

Biggoron's Sword: Simply give the Big Goron the claim check after three days.
