Fire Wishing------
Needed: fire candle (made spacificly for fire signs), wooden matches, and a stone of the right vibrations (properties for the spacific wishing).
Candle can be made from either charging a candle with your sign's energies, buying one, or making one compleatly by yourself, only thinking of the purpose and how your sign effects you and the people/life around you.
On the candle, scratch some symboles of fire (sun, pentacle, cross, right-side-up triangle with a dot in the middle), with the crystal.
take a piece of all natural paper or a dry leaf and write your wish. Charge the crystal with your wish and place it next to candle. Light candle. Burn the paper/leaf and sprinkle the ashes over the flame of the candle while visualizing your goal/wish coming true. After candle has burned for an hour, wet your fingertips with either spring water or your saliva, and put the flame of the candle out.

Water Wishing------

Take a piece of parchment paper and write your wish on it. Fold the paper and submearge it in the water.
(you will need an insence pot or cauldron filled with spring/river water)
The water should be at least part spring or river water.
Water should also include a scent that represents the wish. This can be done with either powder insence or oils.
After water has evaporated or burned all the way down,
take the folded paper and stab through the middle of it with a flame steralized straight pin, then burn compleatly off pin with the tea light from the insence pot, or a scentless candle. DO NOT REMOVE STRAIGHT PIN! Paper MUST be burned all the way off of the straight pin.
If you can, gather the ashes of the paper and skatter them
in your front or back yard, for good wishes twards you or someone who lives there, and in another person's yard, for good wishes twards that person.
Also helps if you write the name of the person the wish is for, and the sign they are (like, write the sign or draw the symbol.)

Earth Wishing---

Needed: natural bowl (clay, wood, stone)
Dirt from your home
A naturally broken off twig or stick
Honey
Parchment Paper or a Dry Leaf
Spring Water

On the paper/leaf, write your name, your wish, and the earth sign:

--------- --------
--------- --------

(that is the Earth Sign.)

In dirt, scratch the earth sign and a power symbol with the twig. Place paper on the dirt and pour the honey onto the paper. Of course the dirt SHOULD be in the bowl, for it work.
Stir the paper/honey mix into the dirt while visualizing your wish coming true. Charge the twig as you stir and visualize.
After the mix is completely stirred, charge the bowl and every 3 to 7 minutes stir a handful of water into the mixture.
This is to be done from 11 at night until 1:00 in the morning (2 hours). After the two hours, pour the mix into your yard and mix with the ground that is next to your front or back porch.

Air Wishing---

Needed: Clear crystal or clear piece of glass
White candle
Handful of sand
Water (spring or purified by the moon)
Parchment paper or dry leaf

Place sand on the ground or altar in a cone shape (like the cone incense)
Place candle, standing up, in the center of the sand. Sand holds the candle up.
Rub crystal why charging it to your wish, and place in sand directly under the candle.
While visualizing your wish, sprinkle small amounts of water over the now lit candle flame, and also on the sand.
On the paper or leaf, write your name, wish, symbol of air, and a power symbol:

Charge the paper or leaf to your wish. Hold in a fist and hold over flame. After it has burned to ashes (don't keep in your fist. Just hold it over the flame),
Blow the ashes around the area. Let candle burn all the way down (so use a taper or a votive), and bury the sand/candle/crystal or glass/water/ and whatever ashes of the paper or leaf you can find.
