A lot of you have e-mailed me numerous times asking me how you get a craft name... Well... Sinse this topic of e-mail is so great, I have decided to make you all a page on it.

Some people choose "craft names" because they think the name sounds pretty and will make them look better, but I'm telling you right now, thats just not what they are for!
A craft name represents who you are and what you are. Its a way to keep yourself hidden from others hurtful natures and also a way to bring you not only closer to the goddesses and gods, but to also bring more.... entity (or life), into your magic.
If you're looking to choose a craft name, and mind you... not everyone does and/or needs to, then choose something that describes you to the fullest degree.
I chose "Familia" as mine because it means Family. Family is the single most important thing in my life. Its what describes me best and what describes how I run my life. I guess you could call me a Family Woman (instead of "Family Man"). My families opinions matter very much to me, their love, they are my life and every breath. So, Familia, yes is a very beatiful name or word, but is also everything about me.
Now, Like I said before, you don't HAVE to choose a craft name, and anyone who tells you that you do is wrong. They are just nice to have. And they CAN bring you closer to the gods/goddesses, magic, and your personal guardian.
