Every so often someone e-mails me and tells me they have a hard time believing that Aura's can be felt.. or seen for that matter....
So, here is a small bit of insite for those people, or for those people who just have a little trouble with the Aura Field.
You will need two people for this exrersize...
One person will be standing with their back to the other person. The person behind will face the back of their head.
Now, person in the back, hold on your arms/hands in a position that looks like you are going to PUSH them forward (only, do not do that *grin*).
Now push your arms/hands forward in that position without actually touching the person. After a couple times, you will notice their body slightly swaying with the pushing motion. Sometimes this is a VERY slight swaying, so you may want to have someone standing to where they can see the both of you, so you can see it happening.
This is a VERY simple, yet very effective exersize...
Now, a little "misc." on Aura's:
Now, for those of you who THINK you've never seen one, you probably have and just dont realize it...
For instance. have you ever gone to a park, forest, canyon, etc. and when you looked at a tree it seemed kind of "bright", or maybe had a hue or glow around it? That would be classified as... AN AURA.
Ever take a shower and out of the corner of your eye see maybe a slight blue or green color? THATS YOU. That is your Aura.
Children often times color pictures depicting their family and the Aura's they see. And, often times "mom" or "dad" will say "why is Peter blue?", "why is the dog pink?"... Children are highly sensitive to the frequencies that show energy other than what can be physically touched. When parents, friends, siblings, etc., ask thoae kinds of questions, it is a contributing factor in what stops the proccess of knowing the "outer" limits.
I can remember, about 5 years old, coloring in my coloring book with my sister. it was one of those holiday "christmas" coloring books with a cat and doggy laying together by the fireplace with stockings over them. We were sharing... She colored the doggy a slightly lighter than royal blue color, and I colored the kitty a sea green. And the funny thing was, we had a cat and dog actually napping in front of us. Not in front of a fireplace, but in front of us. Now most people would call this a "quinky-dink", but I think it was us depicting their moods.
