My name is Familia Heart. Or, more to the effect... that is my craft name.
Familia means Family and Heart. Family is the single most important thing to me. I have great trust in my family, and they have great trust in me. And, because a craft name should represent who you are, I have chosen Familia Heart.
Beautiful name, if you ask me...
I was actually born Catholic. But, I never quite believed the way you should when you are within a religion, so, at the age of 7, I walked right up to my mother, told her I didnt believe in the religion, and told her EXACTLY what I did beleive... Which happened to be Eclectic Paganism.
Now, I obviously, at the age of 7 and coming from a Catholic mother and Jewish father, had no idea what Paganism was. I just new what I beleived.
When I was 11 my father told me a name for it.
Luckily, for me, the day I told my mother what I beleived, she started teaching me, and everything she taught me was like a memory, thus, showing me I was on the right path.
So now I'm in my late-20's, and going strong, and trying my best to give others the advantages that I was lucky enough to have.
Now a little about my hobbies....
I love keeping Fish.
I currently have 2 fantailed albino goldfish named Lucy and Ethel. I used to breed fish, but it becomes more of a hassel then for fun when you are working with several tanks at one time. So its just my 2 girls for now (I also have a Doggy, who is my lil' baby and whom I ref. to as my lil' "Budda Butt".). In my house, however, we have a total of 4 dogs, 2 cats, 2 turtles, 1 snake, and 4 fish.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE movies. I have over 500, and don't plan on stopping until I get to 1000. I like all movies but have a true liking of horror and romances. Odd combo, I know.
I Love Lucille Ball (I Love Lucy, various movies). I collect everything from her.
One last tid-bit about me. I collect shot glasses and Mini-Bottles of Alcohol. No I dont drink often... I just happen to love collecting those Items. Any time my best friend goes out of town he brings me back a ton of them (or any time I go out of town I buy a bunch).
