OK, that's an exaggeration. But Rhode Island certainly. As a Michigan Wolverine, Scott Steiner along with brother Rick won NCAA wrestling accolades while earning a degree in education. Scott was a two-time All-American honoree. Big Ten collegiate experience ignited the duo's early pro wrestling success. As the Steiner Brothers, the pair sharpened their skills against the very best tag teams in the U.S. and Japan. Scott however decided he wanted no part of the family affair. He deserted his brother and the WCW for a spot in Hogan's nWo and, along with accomplice Buff Bagwell, wreaked havoc on his opponents. That relationship deteriorated, however, leading to a reunion with his brother. Gifted with an eye-popping, Herculean physique, Scott is always just a belly-to-belly suplex away from victory. When he's not bagging his opponents, Scott spends his time working out, riding Harley Davidson motorcycles and fishing. |
