Note, before joining check the Rules page. Otherwise this is what to do:
E-Mail voterznet@hotmail.com with your site name and URL. Once I receive and review your site I will reply and say whether you are accepted (Most sites will be accepted unless they have objectional material).
Then, check the Site List page and you must vote for every site on the list every day, and they will do the same for you. Once the network grows larger (Say over 20 members) we will split up into groups, because it is very time-consuming to vote for the sites. |
