Keep Fit for Life: Be Pain-Free
Rules for Staying Fit:

Have an apple a day, eat moderately, and drink 8 glasses of water daily.

Enjoy almonds, blueberries, broccoli, red beans, salmon, spinach and vegetables.

Exercise for Life
Move it with a run, jog or walk Being active is great for your body - you get stronger, be flexible, and have more energy. Regular exercise helps you sleep, have less stress, think more clearly and creatively, and be in a better mood.
Stay Balanced for Life
Try to stay balanced in mind and body with breathing exercises and meditation. Maintain correct posture to avoid aches and seek advice when experiencing pain. The Chinese philosophy of Yin (passive) and Yang (active) is a reminder to try and keep your life in perfect balance.
