| Bigfoot Story In Vietnam |
| A friend Hector, told me a story about a time he was hunting deer with four other friends in the Pacheco Pass area. It was very dark early in the morning and he was waiting for the others to scare a deer towards them. Hector said his friend had a small lamp, which did not help much but they could see four or five feet ahead. They heard someone holler from a distance, so they prepared for what they thought was a deer headed their way. Hector got the scare of his life when he saw something huge run right by him. He described it as a giant of a man running upright on two feet, and he even felt a slight vibration on the dirt every step it took. The creature missed him by two to three feet and Hector said that it also had a bad odor. It happened so quickly and scared his friends so badly that they had no time to even think about aiming their rifles or thinking about defending themselves. Hector said that the other three hunters must have had a better view of the creature because they had flashlights and were in an open area. He said that no one ever mentioned this story to anyone, not even among themselves. Hector was a reliable witness since he worked with the Army and Top Secret equipment. All this took place about twenty-five years ago. I assume it was a Bigfoot sighting. Another story comes from two soldiers that I met in Vietnam. I spent thirty days in Saigon Vietnam before ending up in Taikhli Thailand for twenty months. During that time I supported the troops by processing them in and out of the country. In Saigon, I overheard two soldiers talking about an encounter with a hairy creature while out in the field. I don’t remember their names so I will call them Frank and George. I wasn’t too familiar with the history of Bigfoot at that time so I just stored the information in my brain. A few months later I overheard Frank now in Thailand talking about his encounter again. This time I stopped him and asked him what in the world happened. He was more than trilled to have someone listen to his story. He could not explain exactly where this area was, but he did point it out to me later on a military map. While patrolling (walking) this area with his friend, they heard a weird moaning. This was a flat but bushy area and the sound seemed to be coming from nowhere. They kept walking until they got close to the moaning and eventually found the top part of a hairy creature dying in the warm humid field. Frank said that the creature had his legs blown off probably from a land mine. Frank said that George shot the creature in the head to put it away. They left the area and told no one of the encounter. Several days later they returned the exact same area but there was no evidence of the creature.  |
