Super Smash Brothers

Play as Captain Falcon
Beat the game with any character on any difficulty setting and number of lives in under twenty minutes without continuing. Then, defeat Captain Falcon.

Play as Jigglypuff
Beat the game with any character on any difficulty setting and number of lives. Then, defeat Jigglypuff.

Play as Ness from Earthbound
Beat the game on the normal difficulty setting and three lives without continuing. Then, defeat Ness.

Play as Luigi
Beat Bonus Game 1 "Break The Target" with the eight original characters. This can be done during Bonus 1 practice. Then, defeat Luigi. If you lose the match, complete Bonus 1 again with any character for a rematch.

Mew in Pokeballs
Unlock all four bonus characters to have Mew appear randomly in the Pokeballs.

Classic Mushroom Kingdom stage
Beat the game with all eight original characters. Then the Classic Mushroom Kingdom stage will be available under versus mode.

Extra Teams
At the Options screen hold L and press C-Right, C-Left, C-Left, C-Right, C-Left, C-Left, C-Right, C-Left, C-Left. If you did the code correctly a '1' should appear on the 10th spot from the left. This will give you the extra teams: Williams, Canada, USA, and Northeast.

Choose Your The Other Team
To choose your opponent, highlight the team you wish to play against, then press C-Right three times. If you did it right, you'll hear a click.

Lost The Game
To forfeit a game, press pause and enter the OPTIONS screen. Hold L and press C-Left nine times. Resume play and you will lose 1 - 0.

Ghost Players
During the opening face off, pause the game and select Replay. Make a player flash by pressing L or R, and while he's still flashing, press the Z trigger button to make the player invisible. You can repeat this trick until the entire team has vanished!

Non-stop Fighting
At the Options screen, hold L and press C-Right, C-Left, C-Left, C-Right, C-Down, C-Up, C-Up, C-Down, C-Left, C-Right, C-Right, C-Left, C-Right, C-Left. If you did this right you should get into a fight every 5 to 20 seconds!

Score Every Time
For a goal every time, skate between the two face-off circles, then perform a Flaming Net shot by pressing Shoot and Turbo simultaneously.

Trade Players
At the Options screen hold L and press C-Down, C-Down, C-Up, C-Up, C-Down, C-Down, C-Right, C-Right, C-Down. Return to the main menu, choose Records and enter the Team Stats screen. When it appears, press C-Up 10 times. To trade players, highlight a team and press A, then select a second team and press A again. Press Start to enter the Trade screen.

Two-Player Practice Mode
You need two or more controllers to do this one. When you get to the main menu, move the joystick onto Practice mode and press the A button on one controller. Then at the same time, hold the A button on another controller. It will let two-players in the practice mode.

Bonus Mode in Championship
Beat Championship Mode on Easy, Medium, and Expert. Once you beat Expert, the ending credits will come on. Wait for them to end. When they end, you'll be able to race on Russia, Japan, Florida, and Moon.

Change Paint Job
In one or two player mode, when you select your car, use L and R to change the color of the car's body.

Power Boost
While racing press A, A quickly to do a wheelie and speed up.

Race on the Moon
To race on the Moon you have to beat the WHOLE game including Florida. Beat Florida and you'll see your car get picked up by a helicopter and dropped into a rocket. Then it will show the rocket liftoff into space. You'll land on the Moon and here a man say, "We're cruisn' now!" Wait for the credits to end. When they're finished you'll see a tiny box that say "Moon expert".

Ok, Here's the scoop on the secret cars. Got to the practice mode and pick "practice championship". Beat the following tracks in less than the posted times to get the cars.

Yoshi's Story

Choose Yoshi's Color in Practice Mode:
In the Trial Mode, pick the color of Yoshi that you want and press Start and Z at the same time. Then press B to go back and go to the practice mode. You will have the color Yoshi you choose!

Purple Yoshi:
Collect all of the coins in any level.

Mario Paint Song:
Don't do anything at the Trial Mode menu and you'll hear a hidden tune--the Mario Paint Song!

Secret Message from Yoshi!:
At the end of each mini game, get enough for a heart fruit and then eat it. After all the letters appear, put them how they are supposed to go. If you did this right, you'll get a secret message from Yoshi!

Buck Bumble

All Weapons:
At the title screen press Left, Right, Up, Down. Then hold Z and press Right, Right, Left, Left.

Easy Way to Destroy Bees:
Here is an easy way to destroy bees: Wait to hear the buzzing sound that notifies you of their arrival. Then wait for them to get very, very close to you (when they lower their altitude to hit you). Use your weapon with star-type ammo to shoot them. You will hit them 99.9% of the time. If you shoot them and they hit you, you will not lose as much health as normal.

Fast Foward Text:
When text appears press Z to fast-forward or A to skip it entirely.

Unlimited Lives:
At the title screen press L, R, B, A, Z, Left, Right.

EARNING CHEATS

In order to get cheats, players must earn them during game play. Cheats are earned by winning the Championship in Challenge mode, with a variety of characters. To access the cheat menu or "basement", tap L Button then R Button on the Main Menu. The cheats are listed in two different categories; Features and Modes. These cheats are all saved to the Controller Pak. Features are the items listed in the left column of the cheat menu. Once they've been earned, features are always active; there is no need to turn them on or off. To get a Feature, players must beat the Challenge mode with certain wrestlers.

TRAINER

Available at beginning of the game, just enter training mode to activate. This makes the trainer from Training mode available as a Custom wrestler.

CACTUS JACK AND DUDE LOVE

Beat the Challenge on Medium or Hard difficulty with Mankind. Places Dude Love and Cactus Jack as characters in the game. They appear on the wrestler select screen in any mode.

EXTRA COLD

Beat the Challenge on Medium Difficulty with Steve Austin. Provides extra outfits for "Stone Cold" Steve Austin.

EXTRA GOLD

Beat the Challenge on Medium Difficulty with Golddust. Provides extra outfits for Golddust.

LADIES NIGHT

Beat the Challenge on Medium difficulty with Shawn Michaels or Triple H. Provides a female template in Create Player.

SUE

Beat the Challenge on Medium or Hard difficulty with Bret Hart or Owen Hart. Places Sue the Ring Girl as a character in the game. Choose "Custom" on the wrestler select screen to use her.

NEW DUDS

Beat the Challenge on Medium difficulty with Kane. This gives a few more outfit options in Create Player.

MODES

Modes are the cheats located in the right column of the Cheat Menu. They also are earned by winning the Challenge mode with certain wrestlers. To activate a mode, press Up/Down on the Control Pad to highlight a mode in blue, and press the A Button to place a yellow square around the mode. This activates it. If any of these Cheat Modes are activated, players will not earn any Attribute points for their Custom Wrestler. These modes need to be all off to get any points.

BIG HEAD

Beat the Challenge on Medium difficulty with The Rock or British Bulldog. Activating this mode makes all the wrestlers have really big heads.

POLISHED

Beat the Challenge on Medium difficulty with any character. Makes the wrestling mat have a shiny gloss to it.

NO METERS

Beat the Challenge on Medium difficulty with the Undertaker. There are no energy bars, stun meters, etc. when this cheat is activated.

EGO MODE

Beat the Challenge on Medium difficulty with Ahmed Johnson. The more you damage your opponent, the bigger your head gets.

BEANS MODE

Beat the Challenge on Medium difficulty with either one of the Headbangers (Thrasher or Mosh). This mode makes the wrestlers produce gas when hit.

NO WIMPS

Beat the Challenge on Medium difficulty with Faarooq or Ken Shamrock. This mode eliminates the ability to block (C-Down).
