-Chakra's-

1st-Root chakra or the base-Earth connection,balance, and basic survival needs. The colour of the chakra is red and is located on the base of the spine. Fear is felt in this chakra and it controls your fight or flight response. This is the Chakra of physical survival.

2nd-Sacral chakra or Navel chakra-your creative, sexual, social selves, emotions of anger, resentment, and frustration. The colour of this chakra is orange and it is located between the base of your spine and your navel.

3rd-Solar Plexus chakra-personal power and will, anger, and hostility The clour of this chakra is yellow and is located in the solar plexus area, a few inches above the navel. Personal emotions are carried in this chakra. Your sinsitivity is stored here. It is the seat of your emotional living.

4th-Heart chakra-love of self and others, compassion, and unconditional love. The clour of this chakra is green and it is located within your heart. It is the centre of love, harmony and peace. We all fall in love through the heart Chakra, then that emotion moves to the emotional centre, the solar plexus, the to the sexual chakra for the strong feelings of attractions, then ot the base, which promotes feelings of wanting to settle down.

5th-Throat Chakra or Brow Chakra-your ability and willingness to communicate, expression and judgement. The colour of the Chakra is blue and is located within the throught. If you experience problems with your throat, it is sometimes said that if you draw the colour blue to this area it will help you say what is needed to be said.

6th-Third Eye chakra-openned to intuition and phsychic abilities, and is used to question the spiritual nature of life. It is the Chakra of question, our inner vision is contained here, inner dreams gifts of clairvoyance, wisdom, and preception The dreams of our life are held in this chakra. The colour of this chakra is Indigo. It is located ar the centre of your forehead.

7th-Crown chakra-your connection to spirituality, peace, and the universe. This is the Chakra of Divine purpose, the Chakra of destiny. It balances the interior and the exterior and brings them into a harmonious whole. This Chakra is said to be your place of connection to the God(s)/Godess(es). The colour of this Chakra is violet and is located at the top of your head.
