- Pilaf wants to be granted world domination. Unfortunately for him, Oolong gets his wish in first.
- Bulma was planning to use the Dragonballs to snare herself a boyfriend.
- Yamucha was hopping to ask the dragon god to cure his fear of girls.

2nd Appearance - Earth - The Base of Korin Tower

Wish: #2 Dragon: Kami's Shenlon Made by: Upa
Result: Upa's father, Bora, is wished back to life after being killed by Tao Pai Pai.

3rd Appearance - Earth

Wish: #3 Dragon: Kami's Shenlon Made by: Piccolo Daimaio
Result:
- Piccolo Daimaio's youth is restored.

Failed Wishes / Notes:
- Chaozu was trying to foil Piccolo's plans by wishing for Piccolo's destruction. Too bad the little bugger bit the dust before he could finish the wish (and too bad Shenlon doesn't grant such wishes).
4th Appearance - Earth - Kame House

Wish: #4 Dragon: Kami's Shenlon Made by: Shenlon
Result:
- Everyone who has been killed by Piccolo Daimaio is revived.

Failed Wishes / Notes:
- None.
5th Appearance - Earth - Kame House

Wish: #5 Dragon: Kami's Shenlon Made by: Kamesennin
Result:
- Goku is wished back to life.

Failed Wishes / Notes:
- Oolong asks Shenlon to destroy Vegeta and Nappa as they make their way towards Earth. We are told that Shenlon does not perform such wishes, as it was not part of his design.
6th Appearance - Namek - Furiza's Ship

Wish: #6 Dragon: Saichourou's Polunga Made by: Piccolo (translated by Dende)
Result:
- Piccolo is wished back to life.

Failed Wishes / Notes:
- Kuririn and Gohan suggest reviving everyone killed by the Saiya-jin, however Polunga can only revive one person at a time.
- Tenshinhan, Chaozu, and Yamucha all bicker over who will be wished back when the original wish fails. Of course, they yield to the very imposing Piccolo.

Wish: #7 Dragon: Saichourou's Polunga Made by: Piccolo (translated by Dende)
Result:
- The recently revived Piccolo is warped to his birthplace, Planet Namek.

Failed Wishes / Notes:
- The wish should have been to wish Piccolo to the very spot on Namek where Kuririn, Gohan, and Dende were located. Unfortunately, Dende botches the translation and Piccolo taken to a location somewhere between Saichourou's Palace and the fading Nail.
7th Appearance - Earth - Kami's Palace

Wish: #8 Dragon: Kami's Shenlon Made by: Kami-sama
Result:
- All the people who have been killed by Furiza are wished back to life.

Failed Wishes / Notes:
- None.
8th Appearance - Namek - Furiza's Ship

Wish: #9 Dragon: Saichourou's Polunga Made by: Kaio-sama (translated by Dende, modified by Goku)
Result:
- Everyone on Planet Namek with the exception of Furiza and Goku are warped to Earth.

Failed Wishes / Notes:
- Prior to Saichourou expiring, Vegeta was forcing Dende to ask the dragon to grant him immortality.
- After Saichourou is revived, Furiza attempts to wish for immortality. Luckily for our heros, Pulunga only accepts wishes in Namek.
9th Appearance - Earth - Capsule Corp.

Wish: #10 Dragon: Muri's Polunga Made by: Bulma (translated by Dende)
Result:
- Kuririn's remains are wished to Earth.

Failed Wishes / Notes:
- Bulma tried to wish Goku and Kuririn's remains back, but fails since Goku has no remains (he isn't dead).

Wish: #11 Dragon: Muri's Polunga Made by: Bulma (translated by Dende)
Result:
- Kuririn is brought back to life.

Failed Wishes / Notes:
- None.

Wish: #12 Dragon: Muri's Polunga Made by: Bulma (translated by Dende)
Result:
- Yamucha is brought back to life.

Failed Wishes / Notes:
- Kamesennin asks the dragon to give Goku a nicer wife, but is quickly forced to retract his wish lest he receive a beating from Chi Chi.

Wish: #13 Dragon: Muri's Polunga Made by: Bulma (translated by Dende)
Result:
- Chaozu is brought back to life.

Wish: #14 Dragon: Muri's Polunga Made by: Bulma (translated by Dende)
Result:
- Tenshinhan is brought back to life.

Result:
- The Nameks' are transported to New Planet Namek.

- Everyone killed by Cell is wished back to life (this includes Android 17).

Failed Wishes / Notes:
- Goku is not revived by this, indicating that Dende has not completely revamped Kami's old set of Dragonballs quite yet. In the Buu saga, Dende's completely revised set of Dragonballs is able to revive Kuririn, who had previously been revived by Kami's Dragonballs.

Wish: #17 Dragon: Dende's Shenlon Made by: Kuririn
Result:
- The internal bombs are removed from Androids 17 and 18.

Failed Wishes / Notes:
- Kuririn first requests to have Androids 17 and 18 restored to their human forms. The dragon cannot grant his wish, as the Androids are far more powerful than he.
12th Appearance - Earth - Capsule Corp.

Wish: #18 Dragon: Dende's Shenlon Made by: Bulma
Result:
- All of the non-evil people who were killed in the past day are brought back to life.

Failed Wishes / Notes:
- Goku arrives just after they make their first wish and dismissed the Dragon, saying they may need the other two wishes soon (though they will have to wait four months after using just one wish).
13th Appearance - New Namek

Wish: #19 Dragon: Muri's Uber-Polunga Made by: Vegeta (translated by Dende)
Result:
- The Earth, which had been destroyed by Kid Buu, is restored.

- None.

Wish: #20 Dragon: Muri's Uber-Polunga Made by: Vegeta (translated by Dende)
Result:
- All of the non-evil people who were killed after the day Babidi arrived on Earth are brought back to life.

Result:
- Goku's energy is restored, allowing him to finish off Kid Buu.
