You can go to the Kanassa Gym 1 where you train for 4 days at a time and your stats increase dramatically, 250,000PL and 1,500 EL/HL per day. After you have finished training you must eat a sensu bean or go into a Rejuvination Tank. You can only do that once a month. Or you could go to the Kanassa Gym 2 where your stats increase by:17,000PL and 100EL/HL per 20 minutes you train. Here, is one of the best and expensive item stores there are.
