The uniqueness of the technology is that dehydration is done in specially built driers maintaining optimal drying temperature to preserve the nutrients and flavours. Also, the product is not exposed to the Sun for drying that causes deterioration of the product due to Ultra Violet Radiation from the Sun. The best raw material is procured directly from farmers and processed before any deterioration can set in. Hence, most of the qualities of the raw material such as nutrient value, flavour and taste are not lost. Due to the removal of moisture these qualities actually get enhanced. Also, due to the removal of moisture, the bacterial activity is curtailed. Thus, the shelf life of the product gets enhanced. By packing these dehydrated powders properly to prevent ingress of moisture in any form, the products can be stored for up to 12 months. The products are completely pure and natural. No additives of any form are added. Due to the aforementioned reasons, CREA DEHYDRATED POWDERS are very different from similar products already available in the market.
