| Benefits Of Jujitsu For Children: We work hard to make your son or daughter’s experience with the martial arts a safe, exciting, productive, fulfilling and educational experience that will stay with them a lifetime. Young people must have achievable personal goals and a caring support system to make their dreams a reality. We will help by teaching each child self-discipline, developing their character as an individual and bolstering a healthy self image. This is accomplished through experienced instructors and individual attention to your child’s needs. Equipped with these positive attributes, your child will develop inner strength needed to avoid the many temptations children face today. We place just as much emphasis on the mental and moral aspect of this ancient art as we do on the physical attributes. This includes teaching your child to stay focused and develop their concentration skills. Participants gain patience and self-control while at the same time exploring the physical principles of balance, timing and perfecting their martial arts skills. Each child can earn colored belt rankings as their skill level develops. Students are ranked on their mental, moral and physical development in the art of jujitsu. One of the unique aspects of the Valley Jujitsu School is that we don’t charge our students to take a promotional exam as most martial arts schools do. We promote them when they have “earned” their new rank through dedication and hard work. VALLEY JUJITSU SCHOOL: The VALLEY JUJITSU SCHOOL is located in Northrige, CA, in the heart of the San Fernando Valley. The VALLEY JUJITSU SCHOOL was established in 1993 and offers the MUSHIN RYU JUJITSU system. The program is self-defense oriented.
