WHY YOU SHOULD CHOOSE OUR SCHOOL:
The VALLEY JUJITSU SCHOOL is one of the most unique and innovative martial art schools in the San Fernando Valley. We teach the "principle approach" to learning self-defense. Students are taught to recognize the twenty-five basic principles and concepts that make the individual techniques work, rather than merely memorizing a series of arts.
ADVANCED JUJITSU CONCEPTS is a highly evolved and sophisticated system of training. The techniques of the MUSHIN RYU JUJITSU system are fast, effective and powerful! You will be taught how to break down the strength of a person who is bigger and stronger then yourself. You will learn how to defend yourself in four ranges:
1. Short Range
2. Medium Range
3. Long Range
4. Out Of Range

The Director and Chief Instructor of the VALLEY JUJITSU SCHOOL program is SENIOR PROFESSOR DAVID BELLMAN, 9th degree black belt. Professor Bellman is the 1976, 1977, 1990 and 1992 National Jujitsu Black Belt Champion and the nine time Southern California Jujitsu Champion.
Professor Bellman began his martial arts training back in 1962 and has experience in judo, aikido, kenpo, karate, American boxing and wrestling as well as jujitsu. For over three decades he has taught classes in jujitsu. Professor Bellman has produced two National Champions and two World Jujitsu Free-Style Champions over the past three plus decades.
