HOW TO VERIFY THE CALCULATION IN VAASTU SHASTRA l Total area of construction × 8 ÷ 12 If the reminder is 1-2-3-4 = There will be increase in prosperity. If the reminder is 5-6 = There will be agricultural income. If the reminder is 7-8-9-10-11-12-0 = Good. * Loss (Expenses) :- Total area of construction × 9 ÷ 10 . = Remainder - 1 - Decrease in Wealth. Remainder - 2 - Fear of Fire. Remainder - 3 - Good. Remainder - 4 - So-So. Remainder - 5 - Good. Remainder - 6 - So-So. Remainder - 7 - Evil, Poverty. Remainder - 8 - Increase in Properity. Remainder - 9 - Bad for Children. Remainder - 10 - (0) So-So. * Gains & Losses :- Total area of construction ÷ 8 = If remainder is odd number 1,3,5,7 - it is good. If remainder is even number 2,4,6,0 - it is evil. Remainder 1 Dhwaja Progress 2 Dhumra Regrets 3 Lion Victory 4 Dog Enemies will increase 5 Donkey Gain in wealth 6 Elephant Gives Poverty 7 Bull Happiness 8 Camel Disease You can find out the built up area of each room too. While counting built up area consider the thickness of walls too. * Loss :- Constellation of House ÷ 8 Remainderis Vyaya If Vyaya is greater than Aaya - It is evil If Aaaya and Vyaya are equal - It is "Pishach"(Ghost) Bldg. If Aaya is less - It is "Rakshas"(Demon) Bldg. If Aaya is more - It is "Yaksha Graha" - Good. * How to find the constellation of the house :- Total built up area × 8 ÷ 27. Remainder is the constellation counting from Ashwini as one. e.g. Area of construction is 512 aq. yds. × 8 = 4096 ÷ 27 = 151 Remainder is 19 = Moola constellation Constellation of the house and constellation of the owner, if they are the same - it is not good but if the rasi is different, there is no objection. Constellation of house counted from Birth Constellation of owner divided by Nine. Remainder 1-3-5-7 -- Evil Remainder 2-4-6-8 -- Good * To find out the day :- Total built up area of the building × 9 ÷ 7 Remainder is the day counting from Sunday 2-4-5-6 are good Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday are good. * To find out the degree Total built up area × 6 ÷ 9 = Remainder is degree 1-2-3-7-8-9 good, others Evil. * To find out Rasi (sign) :- Built up areas × 9 ÷ 12 - Remainer is the Rasi. Counting from Aries 2,3,46,7,9,12 are good. Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Virgo, Libra, Saggitarius & Pisces are good. * To find out Dhana :- Built up area × 8 ÷ 12 = Remainder is Dhana. If it is more than Vyaya - it is good. * To find out Vyaya :- Buiilt up area × 3 ÷ 8 = Remainder is Vyaya. Vyaya should be less than Dhana. * Tithi:- Built up area × 8 ÷ 15 = Remainder is Tithi 2-3-5-6-7-8-10-11-13-Good 4,912,14,15,30 - Evil. * Yoga:- Built up area × 8 ÷ 27 = Remainder is yoga counting from Vishkumbha. 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,11,12,14,16,20,21,22,23,24,26, - are good. * Karana :- Built up area × 5 ÷ 7 = Remainder is Karana (chara karana) Counting from Bava. Bava, Balav, Kaulav anf Taityl are good. * Tatwa:- Built up area × 3 ÷ 5 = Remainder is Tatwa. 1-2 are good, other evil. * Longevity of the construction:- Built up area × 8 ÷ 120 = Remainder is the longevity of the building.
