These are ALL the DB/Z/GT characters I've known/heard of. Over time we will make brief descriptions for each of them but for now here's a list of them in aphabetial order:

Name:Android 8
Short Description:Created by Dr. Gero for the Red Ribbon army, but he wouldn't hurt anybody and became friends with Goku.

Name:Android 13
Short Description:Was programmed to kill Goku, but was eventually destroyed Goku. He absorbs Android 14 and 15.

Name:Android 14
Short Description:Is in movie 7 and is killed by Trunks. What a short and pointless life, ne?

Name:Android 15
Short Description:Is in Movie 7 and is killed by Vegeta. Another short and pointless life.

Name:Android 16
Short Description:Was created by Dr. Gero to kill Goku. He's a peaceful Android and doesn't end up killing anybody. He's killed by Cell during the Cell games after Mr. Satan threw his head infront of Gohan.

Name:Android 17
Short Description:Was created by Dr. Gero to eventually be absorbed by Cell. He's 18's younger brother and helps 18 kill all the Z fighters in Trunk's time. He acts like a little child most of the time according to 18.

Name:Android 18
Short Description:Was created by Dr. Gero to eventually be absorbed by Cell, when she is, she later gets thrown up by him. She's 17's older sister and helps 17 kill all the Z fighters in Trunk's time. She always keeps her word and hates when people make her look bad. She often takes things very seriously and when something bad happens she usually has to take it out by blowing something up. She eventually marries Krillin and her daughter is Marron.

Name:Android 19
Short Description:Was created by Dr.Gero and fights with him. Almost kills Goku when absorbing energy from him. Sounds like a demon furby to me in the english version. He's killed by Vegeta.

Name:Android 20
Short Description:Dr. Gero transforms himself into android 20 so he'll never age. He kills Yamcha when he first arrives and he is later killed by Androids 17 & 18 so he won't put them back to sleep.

Name:Babida
Short Description:He uses evil energy from his (so I Hear)slaves; Vegeta and Dabura to break the seal on Buu's capsule.

Name:Bardock
Short Description:He's Goku's father and is killed when Frieza destroys Vegeta-sei. He can see the future and didn't want to go down without a fight when Frieza was there.

Name:Bora
Short Description:He protects the Seichi Karin grounds and was killed by Tao Pie Pie.

Name:Boss Rabbit
Short Description:He's the leader of the Rabbits. If you touch him you turn into a carrot... Bulma touched him -_-'

Name:Bra
Short Description:She's Vegeta and Bulma's daughter and Trunk's lil sis. She looks almost exactly like Bulma and Vegeta actually shows some liking to her. Goten likes her, but Vegeta doesn't approve of it and if Goten tries to ask her out Vegeta threatens to kill him.

Name:Brolli
Short Description:He's said to be the legendary super saiyan. He was born with a power level of 5000 and at ssj 1, he's as powerful as ssj 2 or 3. He dies in a movie, gets brought back to life and dies again -_-'

Name:Bubbles
Short Description:He's a monkey that lives with King Kai and in King Kai's training, the person is supposed to catch him.

Name:Bulma
Short Description:Finds Goku in DragonBall and taught him how to eat. Goku thought she was a witch. Tried to find the dragonballs to bring back her father but Goku wished for a sandwich so she made him get the dragonballs for her. She was turned into a carrot and a frog. Was eaten by Buu. Marries Vegeta and is Trunk's and Bra's mother. she's an inventer and made the dragon rader and time capsule. She owns Capsule Corp. and later let's Trunks run it.

Name:Burter
Short Description:A part of the Ginyu force and is killed on Namek by Vegeta and Goku.

Name:Buu
Short Description:He's a pink spiky noodle. And he gets his own saga? Man... He was killed by Goku after killing Gohan and Bulma and I'm sure some others. First there's Fat Buu, who creates Majin Buu, he eats Fat Buu and becomes some sorta new buu. Eventually everyone is supposed to die when Majin Buu destroys the Earth.

Name:Cell
Short Description:Comes back in time in Trunk's time machine to absorb androids 17 & 18 to become the "perfect" being, which obviously he wasn't because he was killed by Gohan. Cell however very respectably killed Goku, King Kai, Bubbles, Gregory, Android 16, Trunks (twice in two different dimensions), killed and absored many other people and absorbed 17 & 18, but threw up 18. *phew*

Name:Cell Jr.
Short Description:These guys are the little spawns of Cell which Cell sends to attack the Z fighters to bring out Gohan's hidden power.

Name:Chaotzu
Short Description:He hangs out with Tien and cooks. He is the prince of some race and was killed by The Great Demon King Piccolo and self destructed himself to kill Nappa.

Name:Chi-Chi
Short Description:She won the Martial Arts turnament for women. She was supposed to marry Goku really young, and later on married him when Goku figured out that a ceremony was not something to eat. She's the mother of Gohan and Goten.

Name:Chii-Shenron
Short Description:He's the Evil Shenron who was born from the 7 Star Dragon Ball when Bulma made the wish to revive everybody who had been killed by Majin Vegeta.

Name:Comander Silver
Short Description:He tried to kill Goku (because he's in the Red Ribbon army and has nothing better to do), but didn't succeed and instead destroyed his Candy Cloud.

Name:Cooler
Short Description:He's Freeza's brother and is supposedly stronger than Freeza, but dies in less episodes and by Goku o_O

Name:Crane Elder
Short Description:He was Master Roshi's rival. He trained Tien and Chaotzu, but was mean to them and beat them with a whip.

Name:Dai Kaio
Short Description:He's basically the ruler of the whole galaxy; the north, west, east, and south sections, the Kai planets, snakeway, and all that.

Name:Demon King Piccolo
Short Description:He's Kami's evil side and the father of Piccolo. He was killed by Goku and spit up the egg of Piccolo.

Short Description:He creates new Dragon Balls after he is named the new god once Kami fuses with Piccolo. He died from Freeza and has killed no one.
