The General Assembly of delegates is the supreme organ. It is held at least once a year convened by the Managing Committee (MC) consisting of 11 members, a Control Committee (CC) consisting of 3 members and the President of the Union for period three years. The members both of the MC and of the CC are not allowed to be elected for more than two consecutive mandates. The President of the Union of Scientists and Scolars-Varna responds the cooperation. At the present Prof. Nikolai Pantev DSc is presiding the Managing Committee of the Union of Scientists. There are two Vice-Presidents: Prof. Spasimir Nikolov, MD, DSc and Prof. Nikolinka Sulova, DSc. The rest of the MC members are in charge of the following activities: Prof. Stefan Todorov, MD, DSc and Prof. Georgi Petzov Dr are responsible for international relations and activities;
Prof. Ilia Petrishki, Dr and Prof. Diko Boshnakov,Md are responsible for the business connection of the Union; Prof. Dr. Peter Tzankov, DSc ensures the Union with legal advice and consultations; Prof. Hristo Ganchev Md ensures the NGO Connections; Prof Dr Viara Petkova Phd is responsible for the connections with the Media; Prof. Peter Kolarov DSc is responsible for Awards and Prof. Dimitar Karastatev, Md is in charge of the scientific and scholarly activities.
Prof. Dr. Nencho Stanislavov is the Chairman of the Control Committee.
