The movie starts right after the fight against coola. Goku, Gohan, Oolong, Krillin and Gohan's pet are together. Suaza is still alive and he tries to kill them but he dies from Piccolo's Makankosappo. Meanwhile, we see a thing like a HUGE octopus-shaped spaceship to land on New Namek in order to drain the lifeforce of the planet. The namek people are under an evil force. Dende calls Goku and his friends to help the namek people.
Goku, Gohan, Krillin, Kamesennin, Oolong and Piccolo travel to namek with a spaceship. That moment we see the namek people being arrested by robots. The good guys arrive. A who was behind the robots appears. Goku watches him for a while... and he says "Coola!". The guy IS coola and he says that even the sun was enough to destroy him. He also says that the Galactic starship (originally Big Ghetti Star) revived him in another form. The robots attack Gohan Krillin and Piccolo while Coola and Goku are going to fight. Kamesennin Yajirobe and Oolong are being arrested. Gohan and Krillin feel pain while they punch and kick the robots because the robots are metal. They are being hit by the robots. Piccolo tells them to use their minds and find their weak spot. The good guys attack the robots and they kick their ass. Krillin and Gohan are being arrested.

Meanwhile, Goku hights against Coola. Coola doesn't understand anything from Goku's hits. Coola does the death ball but Goku fortunately avoids it. They fight again. Goku is again being hit ny Coola and he transforms to a Super Saiyan. That moment, Piccolo destroys all the robots and he goes to find the others. Now Coola is difficult for Goku even as a Super Saiyan. Goku makes it and destroys Coola's left arm but Coola's arm Grows again. Coola says that he is the new Metal Coola and the only warrior with the ability to restruct himself. Goku doesn't make it against Metal Coola again. Vegeta appears, saves Goku and transforms to a Super Saiyan. Goku attacks, too. They are both getting knocked down.
The arrested people are gonna be exterminated. The robot chooses Yajirobe. Goku and Vegeta use full power and attack Metal Coola. Metal Coola is being crushed, but he restructs himself again. Not only that, but many other hundreds of Metal Coolas appear because every piece of Metal Coola created a new Metal Coola! Goku and Vegeta are being arrested. We see them plugged at a machine that drains their lifeforce and power that goes to Metal Coola and he also says that he uses the Galactic starship in order to take all the lifeforce of the universe.
Battle Robot

Vegeta gets angry and all his chi he releases goes to Metal Coola. Goku's chi goes to Metal Coola, too. All their power make the machine to malfunction, so Goku and Vegeta get their power back. And the galactic starship is gonna explode. All the Metal Coola clones are being destroyed and Yajirobi is saved from the machine before he gets killed. Goku and Vegeta are free. Metal Coola grabs Goku, but Vegeta gives his power to Goku and Goku destroys Metal Coola forever. The galactic starship gets destroyed.
