At the very start of the movie we see a lab that creates creatures. We see a guy telling the one who created the monsters that he will give him a lot of cash. He wants to revenge Mr. Satan. After the intro the movie goes to Mr. Satan's house. Android #18 breaks statues, glasses etc... Goten, Trunks and Krillin are there watching, too. Android #18 wants the 20 million zeni that Mr. Satan said that he would give her if she let him win the battle. A person arrives there that says he has a challenge from his cousin for Mr. Satan. Mr. Satan refuses telling that he gets hundreds of challenges every day. The guy calls him a chicken. From his story Mr. Satan understands that his cousin is Jaga and says that they both were studying martial arts together. He used to beat Jaga in martial arts tournaments . He says that he is too busy to fight him but the guy says that he will tell Jaga that Mr. Satan is scared. Mr. Satan gets angry and agrees saying that he will fight him any day and night. Jaga's cousin says that he will not fight Jaga but bio Warriors.
Mr. Satan asks if there is a warrior that his hair becomes Gold when it Bristles (As you may understand, he means when a Saiyan becomes a Super-Saiyan). Jaga's cousin says that there is one. Satan says that he will beat them. Android #18 says that she will go together with them since it could be Mr. Satan's chance to run away. She also tells Krillin to go to the Kame House and baby sit their daughter despite the fact he wanted to go with them. Android #18, Mr. Satan and Jaga's cousin go to the lab. Goten and Trunks are hidden inside the car. They arrive at the lab after a while. Mr. Satan sees Bio Warriors training. Anyway, he doesn't show any fear. Jaga appears there... Satan says that Android #18 is his best student. Goten and Trunks look from a window. Jaga tells Satan that he will fight the Bio warriors he created. Satan goes at an arena where the bio warriors are. Goten and Trunks see Metade and remember that he is the priest at the village, they are wondering what brought him there. The bio Warriors attack Satan. Satan is VERY scared. He tells android #18 to fight them. Android #18 says that this will cost Satan 1 million zeni. Anyway he agrees.

Mr. Satan says that his "student" android #18 will companion him. Goten and Trunks suddenly appear in front of them and want to be counted too . Satan says that this is not a playground for kids but for adults. The kids prove that they are strong and Jaga agrees both to be in the battle. Android #18, Goten and Trunks kick all the Bio warriors' ass. Jaga says that he will win the final round and tells them to watch. There are many containers and in one of them Goten and Trunks see one with a tail. They watch him closely and realise that he is Brolly!!! Jaga tells the professor to release the Super Bio warrior. Satan says it is not worth to give extra money and that this time he will fight the warriors. Goten and Trunks go to Metade, the priest and ask him if he revived Brolly. Metade says that Brolly was dead but he collected the genetic pattern of Brolly by taking a sample of Brolly's blood. Trunks says that they have to do something before Brolly gets out of the capsule. They both do a Kamehameha to destroy the capsule but Brolly gets out before they throw the blasts. The professor tells the officers to put cultivation fluid to stop Brolly. Anyway he escapes.
Brolly gets out but he seems "melted" because of the cultivation fluid and looks like a monster. Jaga orders Brolly to beat Satan. Android #18 says that she will beat him for 20 million zeni. Satan agrees. Android #18 hits Brolly but he doesn't feel anything. He tries to kill Satan but Trunks saves him. Goten and Trunks agree that they won't let Brolly win them this time. They turn into Super-Saiyans and attack Brolly. Satan sees them and gets happy because they are the "Golden warriors" as he says. They can hit Brolly but Brolly seems a bit strong for them again. Anyway, now the kids are much stronger than in movie 10. They tease Brolly and make him angry. He throws blasts all the time. The proffessor worries for the lab. At that moment, Metade gets killed by the cultivation fluid. The kids fight Brolly a bit more. Fortunately, Krillin appears and saves Android #18 from the cultivation fluid. Both kids attack together Brolly and their blows are very successful.

Anyway, Satan calls for help and his cries are heard by Trunks who saves him . Brolly knocks Goten outta battle. Goten's shoulder is broken. As Brolly has almost killed Trunks, Goten gets up and saves him. He feels pain 'cause of his shoulder. That makes Brolly hit him easier. Brolly grabs Goten. Fortunately, Krillin does a Kienzan disk that distracts Brolly. He knocks Krillin and android outta battle VERY easily. Trunks remembers that the cultivation destroys the cells of the organisms and plans to use it against Brolly. He teases Brolly, destroyes a tank with cultivation fluid. The fluid falls on Brolly and he gets melt. But it is not over yet. Brolly (yes again) gets out as like a "Swamp monster Brolly" but eventually collapses again. Meanwhile, the island is in danger by the fluid. Trunks and the others must save all the people and the island from the cultivation fluid. They save the people, but the fluid seems unstoppable. Satan falls into the sea as he is chased by the fluid. But we see that the Fluid weakens at the sea water so Goten, Trunks and Krillin do a Kamehameha at the sea that creates a huge wave that covers all the island. All the fluid is now gone. Is it all over? Yes as we see.. But wait! Brolly (Yes, Yes for a fourth time) gets out of the sea as a Giant but due to him being in the he turns into stone. Goten and Trunks blast him and destroy him. This is the final end of Brolly.
