Carrie and Kyle walked to Candela. They looked around for the rumored sprite. "Carrie. I don't see her anywhere," said Kyle. Carrie looked to the ground and thought. "Hmmmm...maybe she's somewhere else?" A man walked towards them. "May I help you?" Carrie looked up at him. She stepped back a little. "Nothing. We're just looking for a friend of ours," said Carrie. "By any chance, was it that sprite?" Kyle gasped and looked at him. "Yeah! How did you know?" The man looked up at the sky. "She was here. She told me that she ran away from Desert Bloom. She must be lonely." Carrie walked forward about 1 step. "Did she tell you where she's going next?" The man looked at her. "She said about going to a place called Starlight." Kyle walked in front of Carrie. "I'm from Starlight!" "Hometown? Maybe I can help youu find her, but that's all I will do," said the man. Carrie thought about it. "OK. What's you're name?" The man answered. "It's Marco." "OK, Marco, let's go," said Kyle after turning around. The threesome leave for Starlight.

Along the path, they came across sparkling dirt. Kyle kneeled down and looked at it. "Magic Dust?" Carrie kneeled down next to Kyle to look. "If she IS a sprite, then Magic Dust must be her only defense." Marco looked at it. "Or, maybe it was from..." Kyle and Carrie looked at Marco. He didn't finish his sentence. "From who? Could there be someone else?" said Carrie. Marco looked at the sky again. "I didn't tell you this, but I also wanted to help you guys find the sprite and maybe I would meet up with...her." Kyle looks at Marco all confused. "Who?" Marco looked down. "My sister. She disappeared. I am trying to get her back." Carrie stood up and looked at Marco. "Tell you what. We'll make a little deal. If you help us find Rain, then we'll help find your sister." Marco agreed to Carrie's deal and they walked a bit more. They reached a huge forest. Kyle walked forward ahead of Marco and Carrie. "This is Starlight Forest. We must pass this before we head into town, but when I left here to join Desert Bloom with Carrie, something strange was going on. Like it was changing shape. We should be careful." They walked through the woods until they came across 2 paths. Marco looked at both paths. "Which way Kyle?" Kyle thought about it. "This may sound carzy, but I don't remember 2 paths." Carrie looked at Kyle. "You mean that this can also change shape? Maybe while we were gone, the path split up? But...which one do we take?" Marco looked at the left path. "Look! More of that dust stuff!" They ran to it. "Strange. It's leading to the left path. Do you think Starlight is there? said Carrie. Kyle walked up to her. "Even if it isn't, we have to follow it." Kyle, Carrie, and Marco walked up the left path.

Carrie stops. "You guys. I'm beggining to feel as if we took a wrong turn. Maybe we went the wrong path." Kyle walks up to her. He puts his hand on her shoulder. "We can't quit now. A sprite is in danger. Carrie looked at him. 'Kyle. I already told you. I don't believe in sprites. IT DOESN'T EXSIST! There are no such thing as spri..." She stopped talking and looked around. "What?" said Kyle. Marco walks to them. "I can hear smeone...crying?" "Let's go!" said Carrie. They ran to where they heard the cry and looked up.
