A super sayin is a fighter that has very powerfull leval. You could trans form into a different look. But you have to be born to be a super sayin because you can't just learn it or something. There are different ways you turn. Your hair starts sticking up, it turns blond, you have tons of power, your eyes turn green, and you will look like this goku for an excample  Theres also Super Saiyan 3 which your hair almost touches the ground and your hair is blond.Or theres a super sayin 4. Your arms are all hairy like a monkey but your face still looks the same. Your hair sticks up but it doens't turn blond.
