1.In order to strike fear in the hearts of millions, you need an image, the most popular is the black or white uniforms that have a
red R on them...and some way cool hair styles!
2.Never show mercy to a victim of Team Rocket, if the boss finds out you did, you're in for it!
3.Get used to cross dressing.
4.Always make a dramatic entrance to set the mood, a theme tape would be great in this case!
5.Make a motto to go with a theme tape

Jolteon- This Pokemon is very, very, very STRONG!!! This Pokemon could make a Zapdos quiver away in fear!
Dugtrio-This Pokemon can help you set traps more easily and make a quicker escape
