Comments: You might not know that there was a band called Triumph who had a few gold and one platinum album(s), and that their name is still trademarked, and probably will be for the next fifty years.
The main legal issue is that in the 90's, they signed a contract which basically gave every member of the band a share of the copyright of all of their music, which means that in addition to being a TradeMarked name, Triumph is the recognized entity owning the publishing house as well, and anything published under that name becomes the property of the respective band members -them, not you.
