TRANSEC EQUITY GROUP LLC, In our role as Mortgage Facilitators, encourage our members to use their discount-cash cards in participating stores; to achieve their goal of homeownership.
This is how it works: Merchants authorize TRANSEC to place our Merchandising Display Units near their check out counter; to promote our Home Equity Fund which is available to our successful mortgage applicants/members.
The Display Units are attractively designed; to captivate Family Providers' attention and get them interested in our Homeownership/Debt Freedom/Income Producing opportunities. The incentive, just for completing our Homeowners/Homebuyer's Survey, is free use of the Discount Cash-Card for one year. Sponsors/Establishments score valuable public relations points by participating.
When Family Providers first apply for loans/membership status, after completing our Homebuyer's/Homeowner's Survey, on forms members provide with their code numbers printed on it. We issue the Discount Cash-Cards; to show our appreciation for their cooperation and confidence. Sponsors receive a $7.50 credit for each card issued on their account; 30 days after it has been loaded and in use.
The card carrying customers receive discounts at Point Of Sale for all purchases plus, the member who referred the Account receives a .35c transaction fee credit; each time the card is used to buy goods worth over $35.00. The benefits to Suppliers translate in our performance of real-time demand planning.
