Please provide the information required on the "Account/Credit Application Form" on our www.maxpages.com/cargo9 web site. Our fees are fair and simple to calculate. Our goal is to function as an efficient channel of distribution coordinator within the cargo transportation industry.
DEFINITION OF SERVICE
RUSH:- For the exclusive, non-stop, use of the vehicle and prompt confirmation, via telephone, of delivery time and receiver's name.
PRIORITY:- For pick ups and deliveries as soon as possible. A pick up is usually made within one hour of receiving a customer's order; via telephone. Depending on destination the delivery is made within 2-4 hours or earlier.
STANDARD:- For deliveries by 5:00 pm; when orders are called in, and ready for pick up, by 11:00 am Mon-Fri.
EVENING:- For orders called in after after 11:00 am, but, before 4:00 pm Mon-Fri; with deliveries to be completed, same day, by 9:00 pm.
PS: Our drivers keep a log of all necessary transfer data; as per our "No questions later" policy. |
| DRIVERS' LOG SHOW DATE, TIME, NUMBER OF PIECES TRANSPORTED/CARGO SIZE, WEIGHT, DISTANCE BETWEEN PICKUP AND DELIVERY LOCATIONS, WAITING TIME IN EXCESS OF 15 MINUTES AND THE REASON; SERVICE CHOICE, SIGNATURES AND NAMES OF CONSIGNOR'S AND RECEIVER'S. |
| DRIVERS' LOG IS SUBMITTED TO CUSTOMERS, ALONG WITH OUR INVOICES WEEKLY; AS PROOF OF PERFORMANCE. EACH CUSTOMER IS ASSIGNED AN ACCOUNT NUMBER AND EACH JOB IS GIVEN A TICKET NUMBER FOR EASY REFERENCE AND TRACKING. |
