The merchandising world can be cold-blooded; players in positions to use their clout as leverage can kill initiatives. Foreign and domestic manufacturers of high quality products are likely to be "shut out" of mainstream retail networks if certain criteria are not met.

To offset any initial cash requirements, it is in your best interest to acquire TRANSEC'S Equity Units that allows you to participate as a part owner of TRANSEC, whenever our parthners order their Wholesale Supplies through us on consignment terms we guarantor the transactions. Members' liabilities are limited to the amount of Equity Units they choose to own. The number of equity units owned by each member determines their share of our profits.

When we receive a completed Homeowners/Homebuyers Survey we will issue a Discount-Cash Card even if no loan or membership is applied for. So, count on receiving at least $7.50 per Discount-Card. Your quota of 100 Card Accounts produces an extra $750.00 of passive income.

Through our Benefits Coordinator, an affiliate of a Florida Wholesale Mortgage Corporation (regulated by the department of banking and finance), we are able to work with family providers; to make available, from our Home Equity Fund, 10% of the primary loan we facilitate; up to $18,000.00 to qualified members on easy terms.

Funds are made available as signature loans; and are disbursed in monthly installments as per members' instructions.
