The Nega Verse is ruled by the evil Queen Beryl, who works for the great Nega Force. Queen Beryl's first general was Jedite. When he failed, she called on her second general Neflyte. Then she called on Zoisite and Zoisite's teacher, Malakhite. Long, long ago, during the time of the Silver Millenium, Queen Beryl used to be in love with Prince Darien. But Prince Darien only loved Princess Serena, her jealousy towards them spawned a hatred towards the Prince and the Princess. Queen Beryl then turned Prince Darien's friends, Jedite, Neflyte, Zoisite, and Malakhite into evil generals.

Next in the series, came Alan and Ann Alien children of the Doom tree, who came to earth after hearing from Queen Beryl of the super energy sources Earth had. Next came the Nega Moon family from the future, headed by Rubeus who took orders from the Wiseman. In addition to those two, the Nega Moon family also consisted of four twisted sisters: Avery, Birdie, Casty, and Prisma.

Queen Beryl:

Queen Beryl is the ruler of the Nega Verse, she has been alive for over 1,000 years, but still looks like she's around 20. Her birthday is on the 21st of November. Queen Beryl is extremly persuasive and frightening, chaos, anarchy, and bedlam are what she loves along with snooping, spying, and sabatoge and adores to talk about world domination. Queen Beryl hated the Sailor Scouts and all they stand for. Her favorite color is black, and the scorpon and liver hold the places of her favorite animal and food.

The Nega Force:

The Nega Force is what truly rules the Nega Verse. It appears to be a great glass of blood with a voice . It thrives of energy, and when the time comes to it, it can transfer energy to one of it's generals. (i.e. Queen Beryl)

Jedite:

Jedite is the first of Queen Beryl's generals, his mission was to collect energy to release the Nega Force. Jedite like to disguise himself as real people, such as health insturctors, and radio d.j.'s. He gathered energy frome the groups of individuals he had lured into his trap. Jedite found out the true identity of the Sailor Scouts, but Queen Beryl wouldn't listen to him.

Neflyte:

Neflyte was the second of Queen Bery's generals, like Jedite, his mission was to collect energy, not to release the Nega Force, but for other purposes. Neflyte only had one person he disguised himself as, a rich young man named Maxfield Stanton, whom Molly fell in love with. Neflyte also asked the stars for guidance, and instead of gathering a bit of energy from a group of people, Neflyte heightened his victims energy to the maximum peak, then stole the energy.

Zoisite:

Zoisite was the third general of Queen Beryl, unlike Jedite and Neflyte, her misssion was to retrieve the seven rainbow crystals. Zoisite was in sorts the student of Malackite, but it seemed that they also had a loving relationship. Zoisite was the only female general of Queen Beryl, but she unforunatly was very impatient, didn't obey orders very well, and was defiant. Zoisite's attacks all involved ice, and in one instance fire. Zoisite also had a deep hatred for Tuxedo Mask.

Malakite:

Malachite was Queen Beryl's fourth general, and probably her strongest general. His mission was to help Zoisite collect the rainbow crystals, then to capture the Silver Imperium Crystal. Malakite's powers varied, he could form dark domes, and also he could create deadly boomerang type objects.

Alan:

Alan was an alien child of the Doom Tree. He and his lover, Ann, came to Earth to look for a new energy source. To search for energy easier, Alan disguised himself as Alan Granger, brother of Ann Granger. Along the ways he fell in love with Serena. Alan possessed a magical flute and he knew how to play one very enchantiong song, but that same song could also call cardians out of trot cards.

Ann:

Ann was an alien child of the Doom Tree. She and her lover, Alan, came to Earth to look for a new energy source. To make the search easier, she disguuised herself as Ann Granger, sister to Alan Granger. Along the way she fell in love with Darien. Ann was a very jealous being, and if she couldn't have what she wanted, no one could. Ann's powers was the ability to choose which card Alan would turn into a cardian, and she could fire energy beams out of her hand.

Rubeus:

Rubeus was the head of the Black Moon family, he takes his orders from Wiseman, and sent the Black Moon sisters to do the work. Rubeus wasn't a very sympathetic to those who fail and was constantly putting the sisters down.

Wiseman:

Wiseman is a strange man with a crystal ball. Wiseman wanted to take over Crystal Tokyo of the future, and orderd Rubeus to capture the crystal points and fill them with Nega Energy.

Prisma:

Prisma is the oldest of the four Black Moon sisters, and probably the least self-absorbed. She constantly bickers with her younger sister Avery. Prisma's powers is Dark Lighting.

Avery:

Avery is the second oldest of the four Black Moon sisters. She is very concieted and loves to annoy her older sister Prisma. Avery uses a whip in battle.

Birdie:

Birdie is the second youngest of the four Black Moon sisters, and probably the most scantily dressed. She is very vain, and tends to be the last person to want to fight the Sailor Scouts. When she does fight them, Birdie use Dark Ice.

Catsy:

Catsy is the youngest of the four Black Moon sisters, with a trademark of cat ear-like hair and a weird looking tutu. Catsy is the most aggressive of the four sisters, and her power is Dark Fire.
