"Gundam Wing" is an epic saga that takes place in the year AC (After Colony) 195. In this distant future, Earth has spawned several colonies that exist independently. But all is not well. A government known as the United Earth Sphere Alliance rules the colonies with an iron fist. Hope lies solely with five young pilots and their advanced mobile battle suits, called Gundams. In an attempt to stop the tyranny of the Alliance, these highly trained pilots are sent to wreak havoc on Earth in a project known as Operation Meteor. Once the Gundams land on Earth, they get more than they bargained for. The Alliance is quickly taken over by a secret internal organization known as OZ, lead by the charismatic Treize Khushrenada and his right hand man, Zechs Merchise. OZ has designs for both Earth and the colonies, and they don't include the Gundam pilots. Welcome to AC 195. Welcome to "Gundam Wing."
