| (1) Join Neopets Sponsors: This may not sound like the funnest thing in the world. But when your just starting neopets, and need some money. This is the way to go. You can make up to 4,000 neopoints, just for filling out some simple forms. Go to neopets here, for more information about joining neopets sponsors. http://www.neopets.com/cooloffers.phtml (2) Open A shop: Here is where the neopoints can really be made. After you have your 4,000 for joining neopets sponsors, use this money to open a shop. Click on the "Shops" button on the left bar at neopets. Then click the "Your Shop" icon at the top of the bar. Next Click the "Create/Edit Edit a Shop" Link below, and proceed to start your first shop. Once you have your shop, what should you put in it?? Well, there are a ton of things to sell in your shop. Personally, we feel the fastest way to make neopoints, is to start with buying food, and reselling it in your shop. Food will cost you anywhere from 1 np, to 50 np, and can be resold in your shop up to 10 times its original value. It is simply the fastest way to make neopoints. It may take some time to get used to how the food selling/buying works. But it will pay off in the end. Below is a list of some of the more popular foods you can buy at the burger shop. You cant go wrong with these:Hot Cakes, Neo taco,Ultimateburger,Chocopie Slice,Cheeseburger and Pizza.After you have made neopoints selling alot of food. Start upgrading your shop. You do this in the "Create/Edit Shop" Section. After you have around 15,000 to 20,000 neopoints. You can move on to selling bigger, and better things. You will have to experiment yourself, this isnt a walkthrough, just a help guide to get you started. Faeries can be bought in the Magic shop for 100 NP, and can be resold for 800 and up. But they are one of the hardest to get, since they are so popular, and sell out fast.(3) I can't make money in my Shop!!! :( This could be one of many things. Your prices could be way to high, or you only put a few things in the shop at a time. The more things you put in your shop at once, the more people will buy when they see it. If your still hurting for neopoints, go on to (4). (4) Playing Games: Not only is this somewhat entertaining, it is also very rewarding. You can make alot of neopoints just playing one of the many games on neopets. Games range from blackjack, to gormball, and even a "Neo-Stock" market where you can invest in stocks around Neopia. The stock market has a potential to make you a ton of NP, but can also break the best of us. I know, it happend to me once. http://www.neopets.com/gameroom.phtml (5) This isnt helping: Well, begging will get you nowhere. Don't neomail people asking for handouts. This is simply a waste of time for you, and the person you are bothering. Take the time it would to write a neomail to someone, and use it to sign up for a neopets sponsor, or play a game. (6) My pet is starving/dying. Please help: There is a place for free food. If you dont have alot of neopoints, and your pet is hungry, follow the link below to the "Soup Kitchen" where you can fill your pet/pets full of food, for no cost at all. http://www.neopets.com/soupkitchen.phtml (7) How else can I make some easy neopoints?: There is a few places where you can, auction, and trade your items. You can auction a rare item, and make some good neopoints on it, or trade it for something more valuable to you. It all depends, what you have, and what you want. (8) After I have alot of neopoints, what do I do next?: Save, Save, and Save. Start putting aside your neopoints in the bank. After you reach 15,000 points in the bank, you will start to gain interest, and will earn even more neopoints, just for leaving your money there. I can't stress this enough. Alot of people love to spend their money, but you wont get far if you do this. Just set it aside, and watch your points grow. (9) Now what?, I have a ton of NP: Start collecting rare items if you wish, this will only make you more popular on neopets, and everyone will be jeleaus.This might involve opening up a second account, and then starting a whole new shop from the ground up, which will cost you alot of money, so be prepared for that. When you get enought neopoints, you can even start to post on the "notice board". Here thousands of players will see your ads, for your shop, or whatever! (11) A tip for shops: If you play Chiazilla vs Mechazilla you can gain around 600-700 NP a game! You can get NP 3 times a day and this quickly adds to your savings. Soon, your bank account will be full of neopoints. As long as you keep Repeating the cycle, saving half of all your neopoints. how to make a million in less than a month! Many think such an idea is pretty much a tale, but the truth is it can happen. Every time I read the Neopian Times, I wonder in amazement, why are there so many poor people? Then I answer to myself, because they dont' try. The fact is if you try you can achieve. Right now, a month has barely ended for me, but I managed to make 3,000,000 NP. I have plenty of expensive items and my pet is ready for the Battledome. The idea of making three million in a month takes both time and effort. First off, use everything NeoPets gives you to your advantage. There are plenty of games on the site. "Most" games on the site give a nice amount of Neopoints, such as "the Grinch", "Kiko Match", "Techo Says", and a bunch of others. Play all games which give Neopoints at least three times a day. Oh, most importantly, sign up with all the sponsors--that's an automatic 4000 NP! At the begining do not do any quests, that includes the kitchen, Esohpagor, the witch, and the Brain Tree. If you are just starting out and have signed up with all the sponsors and played all the games for the first day you should have around 10,000 NP, yes 10,000. (Tip for the games: do not send your score for the first couple of tries! You need the practice) Also, one game that can actually make you unlimited amounts of NP is the robot challenge game. There are an unlimited amount of tries and you get Neopoints for each try. I usually make 150 NP a try, about 1000 NP every 5 minutes, 12,000 an hour, 24,000 in 2 hours and 36,000 in 3 hours. I played this like everyday for a couple of hours, it pays off. Now, many see the stock market as being a place where lots of money is lost, but the fact is when a stock is at 4 NP it will not go any lower because that's as low as it can go. Your limit is 1000 shares a day, so play the stocks every day! At this point your best bet is to find 4 NP stocks, and buy 1000 shares. It will cost you 4000 NP. Wait until the stock you're buying raises to 6 NP a share and sell all of your 1000 shares. Guess what, you just made 1980 NP, you would have made 2000 NP but you have to pay 20 NP to the stock broker. But while you're waiting for your 1000 shares to raise, go to the marketplace and go to the food shop (the shop shaped like a burger). You will need one hour for this: keep refreshing until the store restocks (restock means when the store put more food in the stores), record the times the store restocks. These times usually stay constant but will change over a period of a week or a month. Each time the store restocks, quickly buy as many Neggs (a type of food sold by the food store) as possible. Neggs are the way to make lots of money! You can usually buy a Negg from 15-250 NP. This might seem like a lot, but when you sell it, sell it for like 4 times as much as it's worth. Check the Shop Wizard to see the pricing of the Neggs, and sell it around the lowest price the Shop Wizard lists. This is a sure way to make money. Additionally you can use the times I told you to record for restocking for other stores such as the magic shop. They sell faeries, scrolls, magic potions, torches, etc. These items can be sold for much more than the actual retail value. Well, scrolls do not quite have a purpose yet, and the value they're bought at is really similar to their selling price, but if you just buy a couple each time and put it into your deposit box (a place to store items, must have a bank account before you are able to use your deposit box), these scrolls can be quite useful when their purpose is revealed! And once their purpose is revealed ching ching--that's the sound of Neopoints rolling in. This is just FYI, though items may not have a purpose (yet), once the pupose is revealed the value of the item will increase drastically! A perfect example is the Codestone, when they first came out, they were useless items and sold at dirt cheap prices, but now they will sell for usually around 1500 NP and much higher! Just keep that in mind. Anyway, buy items from the stores, and sell them at the value the overall market is selling them for. Selling items from your store is going to be your main source of income for awhile, but don't be dismayed, stocks will also come in handy. Another important notice, the guild you join will also be very important. I recommend the Share the Wealth guild in the stock market section. The members in the guild are quite helpful, though this guild doesn't give you items, it will teach you not only how to make money from stocks, but how to make money overall in NeoPets, and of course I'll be there if you need help. There are so many guilds that have contests and give items, but items are worthless, especially when you can easily get them from stores for a couple Neopoints. I noticed there are lots of guilds who give out faeries as contest prizes, but guess your chances of winning are slim, and though this prize might be worth 2500 NP in the open market, it sells for only 100 NP in the retail store! So instead of waiting for a chance of winning, find a guild who'll teach you how to get the items you desire (cheaply). Choose a guild which teaches you, and answers your questions, and not just allows you to have a chance of winning prizes. |
