Hailing from Pepperland and wearing blue hair and facepaint, the Blue Meanie started his career in ECW, supposedly trained by Al Snow. His gimmicks included "Bluedust" and a member of the bWo, or blue world order in ECW. After arriving in the WWF on a run-in for Gillberg, Blue Meanie served little purpose in the WWF. He became part of Al Snow's JOB Squad, a squad of jobbers who demanded respect. Blue Meanie also feuded with Goldust temporarily before becoming an ally of Goldust. After losing some weight, he returned to the WWF alongside Stevie Richards, and the two had a blast impersonating other wrestlers and just having fun. When Richards' foot was injured, Meanie was also given time off, which he used to lose weight in hopes of a push from the WWF. Despite his weight problem, Meanie is a surprisingly technical wrestler. With a modest crowd reaction which improved when teamed with Stevie Richards, as well as decent charisma and above average mic skills, Blue Meanie could make a future for himself in the WWF. Blue Meanie has taken an absence from the WWF, as the WWF had no true angle for him when partner Stevie Richards got injured.
