Signature Quotes
"It's Showtime!"
Debuting as a corporate member in cahoots with Vince McMahon, Paul Wight first came to the WWF by ripping through the bottom of the ring and then throwing Stone Cold Steve Austin through the wall of a steel cage! At over 7 feet tall and 500 pounds, The Big Show has been a force to be reckoned with in the Federation. His first major angle after his breakaway from Team Corporate was with the Undertaker, with whom he won the tag team titles. Undertaker attempted to bring out the "killer inside of Show," while stating clearly that he would be stabbed in the back by the Lord of Darkness. The two united against Kane and X-Pac. When Undertaker was given much time off due to nagging injuries, Show was thrust into a controversial angle in which his father had cancer. It was at this time that The Big Bossman and Prince Albert harassed Wight and his father, making his life into a living hell. This angle went so far as that when Big Show's "father" "died," Bossman crashed the funeral. He even revealed to Wight that he was an illigitimate son of the mother whom he loved so much. Despite all of this, Show managed to overcome and defeated both Triple H and The Rock to become the WWF Heavyweight Champion in 1999.
