| The armies of the Empire are professional, well-disciplined and led by some of the finest generals in history. Facing attack from every border, the soldiers of the Empire defend hummanity against countless invaders. A typical Empire army is based around units of heavily armoured Knights such as the legendary Knights of the White Wolf, or the noble Reiksguard Knights. These elite warriors are supported by regiments of highly trained infantry, as the backbone of the Empire army is its brave infantry regiments. Swordsmen, Halberdiers, and Spearmen are formed together in ordely ranks to defend their homelans, and Handgunners and Archers provide supporting fire to whittle down the advancing foes. At the rear if the army, heavy artillery pounds holes in enemy formations before they come even close to the Empire troops. |
