| Welcome to the Mario Movie page! Did you know that since Super Mario Bros. is so popular, they decided to make it into a movie? Well, here's some info about it. Super Mario Bros.: The Movie was created in 1993. It took place in Dino-hattan, where the evil King Koopa (Who else did you expect to be the bad guy?) is attempting to turn everyone in Dino-hattan into dinosaurs! Mario and Luigi save the day of course and defeat King Koopa and save the Princess! However, the movie is a little different from the video game. Also, Iggy is the only one of Bowser's 7 Koopa Kids to appear in the movie. If you're wondering who played the characters, here are some I know. Mario- Bob Hoskins Luigi- John Leguizamo King Koopa- Dennis Hopper Princess- Samantha Mathis That's all I can think of right now. My review of the Mario movie: Well, well, one of the best video games has turned out to be a movie, and it's a disgrace to all Mario games! No offense to any fans of the movie, but I actually found this movie to be a horrible one. The reason is because, well actually, there was more than 1 reason. First of all, why doesn't Luigi have a moustache? I thought that was the trademark for the characters? They just look like ordinary people. Bowser is a human being, and so was Iggy! And who is this Spike person? Why couldn't Iggy be partners with Lemmy? And why isn't Iggy a Koopa Kid? He's a Koopa Cousin of Bowser. Oh yeah, he isn't a Koopa, just a human Koopa. They should've used Princess Toadstool since she is the true Princess instead of Princess Daisy. Even Yoshi was very stupid looking! Oh yeah, and that woman who works with Koopa was probably an idiot for trying to get herself killed. Oh yeah, and don't forget Big Bertha! She wasn't even close to being a fish! She was played by a woman, which doesn't even look like her at all! So in conclusion, if you want to see a really good movie, I don't reccomend this! My rating: 1 star. |
