As a life-changing occurrence causes the Face to transfer to Billysburg to pursue a major in Pre-med Biology, he finds more than what he bargains for as a new villain arrives on the scene vowing vengeance on the Face and his new friends. What's more is that he and those he is familiar with are developing strange new abilities through an unknown source.
