Justice Union Character Bios

Real Name: Ultraman / Stark Dent Powers: Flight, Speed, Laser-vision, Super-Strength, X-ray Vision, Atom Smasher, Super Hearing Born on the planet Mennon, a world full of tyrannical warriors, Karisto the Mennonian was destined to travel to earth and destroy the planet. Unfortunately, for the Mennonians, their planet was annihilated by an evil galactic warlord by the name of Thrasymoches just seconds after Karisto's launch. A young couple found the boy stranded in a spacecraft by their rural home and adopted the unruly child as their own, naming him Stark Dent. Through a strange accident involving Stark falling off a cliff, the husband and wife were astounded to see that he was alive, with only a bruise to the forehead. After the accident the young boy became peaceful and fun-loving, while growing exponentially unique superpowers. He eventually grew into his present self, taking the identity of Ultraman, and reaping justice for the common good.

Real Name: The Patriotess / Leanna Orchard Powers: Flight, Superstrength, Shield of Truth Leanna Orchard from the Sky Planet of Echinox was destined to become the immortal queen of the Saltrapan empire. However, having discovered the truth behind her father's tragic fate on the planet Earth, Leanna made a temporary move to the United States. After viewing the destruction and tragedies contrary to the peaceful world of Echinox, Leanna swore to protect the cities of earth as the Patriotess, giving up her title as the Salpatran ruler. With her Shield of Truth, the Patriotess claiming justice against the wicked and protecting the defenseless and helpless.

Real Name: The Blue Panther / Bryce Prynn Powers: None, Possesses a utility belt containing specific crime-fighting gadgets. After watching his father and younger sister being gunned down in a mob-to-mob crossfire, Bryce Prinn resorted to professional boxing to draw out his anger. However, after a devastating blow knocks one opponent deathly close to his last breath, Bryce is expelled from the division and sentenced to imprisonment. After serving his time, the newly reformed Bryce then dawned the mask of the Blue Panther in order to restore order in the city of St. Gernard. Solely against the use of guns, the Panther battles crime by utilizing the gadgetries contained in his belt such as his trusty Panther Discs and stealthy smoke bombs. Equipped on his right hand is a knuckle enhancer in which his boxing trainer gave him in the days of his shortlived boxing career. He serves as the detective of the Union, having studied many forms of detecting in college.

Real Name: Electrolight / Allison Brant Powers: Electricty, with two Electrical Power Rings, Flight Being chosen to be a member of the Electrolight Squadron, Allison Brant is sworn to protect earth from alien invaders and keep crime rates down to a minimum. Using her two electrically-induced power rings, Electrolight derives her power from the fabled Electrolight Bulb of the Squadron.

Real Name: The Blurr / Johnny Corsair Powers: Superspeed Being a sucker for girls in miniskirts, one day young Johnny Corsair found himself unfortunately low on cash. To please his former girlfriend, Claire Redmore, Johnny volunteered himself for experimentation at the questionable Nacme Labs of Middle City. After the experiments ran awry during a freak electrical accident, Johnny's molecular structure was transformed so that he is able to attain extremely high velocities, travelling faster than even the speed of sound. Dawning a costume comprised of his favorite color of all time, green, the Blurr quickly disposes crime from every part of Middle City.

Real Name: Eaglet Girl / Diatrah Powers: Superstrength, Flight, Supervision, Super-hearing. Daughter of the great Eagle Avenger of the Nestopia tribe on the Planet of Rydon, Eaglet Girl hopes to follow in her retired father's footsteps as she engages in a lifelong quest to protect earth and find the coveted weapon of the Nestopian Tribe, the Nestopian Destiny Spear. She uses her talon blades to slash enemies down to size, and has super-scope sight.

Real Name: The Bulk / Richard Stanner Powers: Transformation, Gargantuan Strength. Struggling to make a living, the young artist Richard Stanner found it difficult to live off of a salary of a painter. Once discovering that his ailing mother was desparately ill and needed an operation, Richard volunteered for the chemical experimentations at the Nacme Labs in Middle City. During the same freak accident that Johnny had endured, Richard Stanner found himself having the incredible powers to change into a meta-human monster after being submerged in a large vat of yellow fluids that were intended to make one's stress and anger levels decrease exponentially. Unfortunatley the effect backfired after the accident, and at times the transformation became uncontrollable under extreme discomfort and rage. After being labeled a national threat to humanity, the Bulk found refuge in the Justice Union and Dr. Laramie of Subway City.

Real Name: Shriek / Alesandra Newdoria Powers: Dark Psychokinesis, Flight, Ultrasonic Scream Originally from the dark netherworld of Destartsia, Alesandra Newdoria was a formidable opponent to the Union. However, in a felonious act of treason, she was banished from the realm and into the world of humans. Seeking refuge in any dark place she can find, Alesandra finds comfort in the dreadfully silent and gray cemeteries of the rural country. She strays away from human contact, assuming that she'll become soft and lazy such as the slothish races of the earth. However, a strange twist of fate caused her joining of the league, and she has recently become a permanent member.

Real Name: Goldman (Original) / Barret Goldsmith Powers: Turn any object into Gold. An extended member of the Justice Union, former high school teacher Barret Goldsmith decided to quit the educational life and pursue his dream of being a coffee shop owner. Upon chance, he came across a young gypsy who was selling her own coffee shop at a very low price. However, after going through the gypsy's belongings, he came across a strange golden apple. Intrigued, he took it and decorated his cash register with the shiny relic. Soon Barret was cursed with the power of turning anything he touched into gold. Realizing this as "Revenge of the Gypsy," Goldsmith tried relentlessly to be rid of the apple. After his efforts were proved to be futile, Barret decided to become the hero, Goldman, and fight crime in Westville. However, when faced with the dilemma of turning one of his customers to gold, he developed special gloves in order to contain his unbridled powers. He then sold the solid gold statue off of ebay. He periodically obtains the profession of Blacksmith for the Union, creating "golden" superweapons with his bare hands. He dawns a golden tunic and helmet when battling crime as Goldman.

Real Name: Goldman (Second) / John Steel Powers: None, just a really strong golden suit made of chronium alloy. HarveyCorp's security guard of the night, John Steel was an ordinary security guard. However, as chance would have it, Goldsmith having to leave town on a special mission, left a second golden suit for John to dawn as the Second Goldman, in order to provide a decoy for Goldman's enemies. Having no powers of his own, John Steel, the Second Goldman, uses his shiny, metallic suit to knock criminals into their senses.

Real Name: The Face / Benny Delman Powers: Uses his journalistic investigative skills and computer technology to solve crimes. The Face began his career as an average Journalist for the Daily Times, working alongside his friend Tim Higher, and his less-than-cooperative co-worker Samantha Winkle. But upon a strange twist of fate, and a phone call from a friend in need, Benny dawned the face of "The Face" sporting a featureless mask and solving the mysterious case of the disappearance of Landra Lawson, and much more.

Real Name: Archer / Kevin Manboat Powers: Wields an array of trickshot arrows ranging from punching and explosive, to net and sticky arrows. Also uses regular pointed arrows.

Real Name: Vagabond / Thomas Fletcher Powers: Expert sharpshooter using two advanced antebellum revolvers, and also wields a lasso to tie his opponents in a bind.

Real Name: Pyra / Carol Tanbert Powers: Able to be engulfed in green flame as long as she is able to absorb radiant and solar energy from the sun. Can manipulate fire, create firewhirlwinds, and develop a flame shield

Real Name: Hunteress / Natalie Potam Powers: Gains beastly strength from the power of her serum, can sheath tiger-like claws, wields a spear, crossbow, and other assorted weaponry.
