| Storyline: Terra, a young women, is the last of her kind. She is the only magic user left in the world, at the beginning that is, and there are no longer any Espers, which are summoned beasts. Along with many other heros, Terra sets out to rid the world of the evil Magitek empire and save the world from the grasps of the murderous Kefka. In my opinion, this was one of the most marvelous storylines in all of the FF games. Characters: In contrast to FF5, Final Fantasy 6 has about 14 characters, 2 of which are secret. They include Terra: who has the ability of use Magic, Locke: who has the ability to Steal, Edgar: who has the ability to use Tools, Sabin: who uses his Blitz skills, Shadow: who can Throw items, Celes: with her Runic ability, Cyan: with his SwordTech ability, Gau: who can Leap and use Rage, Setzer: with his Slot ability, Mog: who Dances, Strago: who can use Lore, Relm: who Sketches, Umaro: who runs amok, and Gogo: who Mimes everything. MY FAVS: TERRA AND MOG LEAST FAV: GAU Gameplay: Just classic Final Fantasy! I love it! There are tons of abilities to use from each character and each is very unique and interesting. Gogo in particular, can use three of the other characters abilities and that comes in extremely helpful in your quest! Overall: I think that if Square were to this game in realtime graphics like in FF9 or FF10, it could easily be the best FF game out there! But I'm a sucker for pretty pictures and it pretty much lacks all of that. I also think that the game lacks in character interaction. Like there aren't any special relationships going on in the game. I like the love stories! LoL. But overall this was an excellent game. RATING: **** (out of 5)
