Mew without Gameshark:
Buy a Magikarp from the guy in the Pokecenter right before Mt.Moon. Leave
it in the Daycare Center until it is level
50. Then, take it out, fight with it until it is level 51,
then it should evolve into Mew!
Another untested way to get mew... I heard this from a guy at school but mayaswell try it.
Somewhere in Mt Moon there is a LASS near a ladder. Stand next to the ladder and use escape rope. while using it press B + DOWN and you should go into a room with mew in it. It isn't too hard to catch depending on your Pokémon's skills and level.
Fight Safari pokemon outside safari zone
Go to the Safari Zone and go to the area where you want to fight Pokémon.
Run around until the time runs out (you don't have to catch
anything, but at least TRY). Then Surf to Seafoam Islands, or cinnabar but
don't get in a battle with anyone. Surf up and down the half land half water and
you'll find
Pokémon out of the Safari Zone.
Missingno. and Mysterio
Go to the man in Varidian City and Watch him catch a Weedle. Then, Fly to
Fuschia City and Surf to Seafoam, or cinnabar again without battling any
trainers. Surf up
and down on the half land half water and you'll either see Missingno. or
Mysterio (whose name looks like scribble 'M scribble). The 6th item on your
menu will be duplicated over 100 times. Also, you can catch high level
Pokémon which is diffrent for each game. Mine is L:149 M agikarps and
Abras.
Masterball Code
Take any Type of Ball (Poké, Great, or Ultra) and press Up + B or just A
when the ball closes. It'll turn into a Master Ball. Works 90% of the time and
works best on Pokéballs.
Stand on trees
Note:On some games you may be stuck, but most games should be OK.
Cut down a tree and stand where it was. Save your game then
turn your
Gameboy off. Now turn it back on, you'll be on the tree. My, those things
grow back quickly, don't they?
Easy Level Gain
Put the Pokémon that you want to gain exp. points on top, then, switch the
Pokémon with another.
Secret Coins
There are hidden coins in the Game Corner. I found 250 lying around.

On my blue version of Pokemon I caught evolved forms of some of the pokemon that you can catch with super rod in mewtwos cave. I ran into Kingler, Slowbro, Seadra and Seaking. I could not get this to work the other rods.

How to get a Pikablu-get the pokemon dratini, dragonair, dragonite,articuno,
and mewtwo.Then go to the pokemon rater in lavender town and rename the
pokemon by the first three letters in their
name.(ie.mewtwo-mew,articuno-art,dratini-dra,etc.)Win the pokemon league,and
go back to the pokemon rater and rename again,only chansey-fertile.and it
will say chansey is laying an egg.You'll lose your chansey but you can always
get another one.

2.then go to Pallet town and talk to prof.oak ten times.
3.talk to Gary's sister and she will give you a togepi.
