Unlocking Characters

Stone Cold: Play until Backlash
Shawn Michaels: Play until Judgment day
Mean Streat Posse: Play until Royal Rumble
Cactus Jack: beat him at Wrestlemaina in a Hell in a Cell
Mankind: beat him the 2nd year at Wrestlemaina in a Hell in a Cell
Mick Foley: Defeat him on January 4th 1st year
Billy Gunn: Play until King of the Ring
Unkown People: Will come at certain times through the season they are very hard to defeat at I Quit Matches.
Michael Cole: Play until they open up WWF New York

Doing double team moves.

To do double team moves like the 'Dudley Death Drop', you must irish whip your opponent to YOUR corner's turnbuckle. Then, go towards the cornered opponent and and stand face to face with him. Then press any direction and the grapple button, O. Your character will automatically tag your partner and do their double team move.

A bug

Notice that in the 1st year of season, june (or May i forgot) the 3rd day. Before that day (or after i forgot) There is a scene. It is about triple h provoking the rock. When the rock comes out, notice that instead of saying "The rock is here", It said "Triple H is here" Hah what a joke. The programmers must've been sleeping! ( I bought the europe version)

Get out of cell

In hell in a cell, to get out of the cell, whip someone towards one of the lighter colored panels (one on each wall of the cage) and the panel comes off and they will fly through the ropes. You can then climb the cage by going next to it and pressing R1. When on top of the cage you can smash the other person through the middle panel with most grapple moves, although it may take a few tries to get it right. You can also Run at 1 of the sides and press BLOCK just before you hit it.

How to get weapons at single match

When you start single match there are two steel steps. Do you know that you can use that as weapons. Here I show first you go down and then bang your opponent at the steel steps. Then you realize that the steel steps can pick up. So you use that as weapons.

Tag Team Table Match

To unlock this match, you need to beat King of the Ring on hard difficulty with either Buh Buh Ray or D-Von.

Put opponent through table

Irish Whip your opponent onto the table and then press circle+down to execute a piledriver through the table!

Hints on Casket Match

Once you beat your opponent into the casket, he/she will try to grab the side and get out. Prevent this by pressing the X button to knock them back into the casket and shut it closed!

Double Team Moves

To execute a double team move, you must be in a Tag Team Match. Whip your opponent into your tag corner and press either forward,circle,down, circle,etc.

Two Wrestlers on one Motorcycle

Go to create a stable and select your four wrestlers. When the game asks about the entrance, set it to motorcycle type 4. Choose your two wrestlers. When you enter the ring, two wrestlers will be on one motorcycle!

Fast moves

To get faster moves off the top rope press and hold R1 and the move will go twice as fast.

Get TLC match

To play a Tables, Ladders & Chairs match, do the following;

1. Pick "Exhibition".
2. Pick "King of the Ring".
3. Pick "Special Tournament".
4. Pick Jeff Hardy
5. Now, once in a while you may have to play a TLC match as the KOTR is for Special Matches and TLC is random.

"Dudley Death Drop"

Play a 2 on 1 or a tag team match(2 on 1 is better).Make your opponent rest from the rope. D'Von has be in front of the opponent. Buh Buh Ray has to run till they meet. Together make them press L1(special). you must do it with a friend.

Billy Gunn:
Win King of the Ring during Year 1. Billy Gunn may be in the tournament or the main event. After the event Billy Gunn will be unlocked.

Cactus Jack:
Play season mode until you get to No Way Out in the fifth week of February. Cactus Jack will then fight Triple H at No Way Out in a Hell In A Cell Match. When No Way Out ends, Cactus Jack will be unlocked

Debra:
As you go through season mode, you will go through comeback events. Once she is in a match you will be able to use her in the game.

Mean Street Posse:
During season mode the Mean Street Posse will be shown backstage making a plan to beat someone up during the event, or will talk to Shane McMahon and have a handicap match against someone. Pete Gas, Rodney, and Joey Abs will now be unlocked.

Michael Cole:
Play in season mode and get to the first week of April in year two.

Mick Foley:
Play season mode until you get to Wrestlemania in the fifth week of March. Mick Foley will be added to the main event and will be unlocked after the PPV.

Win at Wrestlemania during Year 1. Vince McMahon will put Mick Foley in your match. After the event Mick Foley will be unlocked.

Mr. Ass:
Mr. Ass will be unlocked at the King Of The Ring PPV main event against The Rock.

Shawn Michaels and Billy Gunn:
Play in season mode and get to WWF Judgment Day (when he is a guest referee). Win the match to unlock them. You also may have to fight him in an Iron Man Match at Judgment Day.

Stone Cold Steve Austin:
Play in season mode and get to WWF Backlash (when he is a guest referee) in a Comeback match. Win the match to unlock him.

The Stooges:
Play in season mode and get to first week of August to unlock Brisco and Patterson.

Unknown B jobber:
Play in season mode and get to the first week of October, then defeat him in a match.

Unknown O female jobber:
Play in season mode and get to the first week of March.

Unknown R jobber:
Play in season mode and get to the first week of January. Defeat Unknown R to unlock the parts for the Old Undertaker.

Unknown U jobber:
Play in season mode and get to the third week of May in year 2.

Hint: Locker Room:
Start in a Hardcore or Falls Count Anywhere match and get backstage. Then, go to Dressing Room 1. Once inside, there will be two metal pipes on the right side wall. Throw your opponent into the wall between the two pipes, and the wall will break, Follow the arrow into the next room.

Hint: Shower Room hidden area:
Go to Locker Room, and Irish Whip an opponent into the right wall. This will create a large hole on the lower right side of the locker room that leads to the Shower Room.

Hint: Shower Room: Autographs:
To see the superstars' autographs, fight in Shower Room. When the camera changes angle, you will see them on the hidden wall.

Hint: Boiler Room hidden area:
Go to Basement 1, where there is an arrow leading to the Car Park. On the right is a blocked out door. To the right of the blocked out door is an iron mesh fence. Irish whip your opponent to the iron mesh fence to create a large hole that leads to the Boiler Room.

Hint: Boiler Room: Climb pipes:
You can climb the two sets of gray pipes if you run towards them.

Hint: Climb the soda machine:
You can climb the soda machine in the hallway where you enter the VIP Room, The Locker Room, and The Weight Room. Run up to it and you can climb it and do all the normal top rope moves.

Hint: Jump off cars:
You can jump off the hood and the backs of the parked cars in the parking lot. Just run up to them to climb them and do all the top rope moves.
