When the visiting team shoots its free throws, press X over and over again rapidly so that the home fans will shake white balloons and make some noise.

Street-ball steals
While playing against the CPU in street ball, press the D-pad + R to have your CPU-controlled teammate intentionally foul the ball carrier. Your player won't be called for a foul, and will steal the ball every time.

Unlock hidden teams
At the option screen, go to the Codes selection. Enter "vc" to unlock the Mo Cap, Sega Sports, and SegaNet teams. The teams will be available at the team-selection screen.

Rap star Redman
Redman will be on the bench of the hidden team Mo Cap.
